Your service was excellent and my technical representative, Noah, was very professional. His work was neat, he even cleaned my garage floor when the job was complete. I had called for a repair but when we found that my garage door opener was beyond repair, Noah had all the needed supplies to install a new opener. I used Precision to install a new garage door opener 7 years ago and it's operated fine since then. However, on the afternoon of Dec 31st it would no longer close without holding the control button. I was very pleased that their service person, Noah, was at my door within 90". He checked out the system and found that the sensors had failed. Bottom line, from phone call to completion of the fix was only about 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the timeliness and efficiency of the service.

Every month I see your ad in Money Magazine. Today my cable broke and the door wouldn’t close. Your technician, Noah, was very knowledgable and fixed the problem right away. He had to install a new spring, rewind the cable and lube the doors. The door now moves up and down quietly. It has been banging ever since I bought this house 9 years ago. I've used your company in the past which I was very satisfied with the quick responds and service that I had done. Which this time it was not just one major problem (garage door would not open) but it was other problems that needed to be replaced/updated sine my whole inside door unit was installed in the year 2001 when this house was first build. The service person who came out to check-out way it would not open noticed that he could do a quick fix to make it work again "but" it was going to happen again. Which he suggested that the "whole" complete operating system needed to be replaced in order to update with a "life time warranty system plus it would be transferable" if we would sell our house. P.S.! All this work was done on Saturday (weekend). Good job and service !!!!!

I tried to replace hinges on my garage door as a DIY project. I broke the wires that open and close the garage door. I felt like an idiot. I looked up at the large green spring that Precision Garage Door Service had installed about 10+ years ago. A quality product. I called and explained what I had done. I asked - Can you help me today? The answer without hesitation was Yes! I expected to hear that I would be charge a large service trip fee plus repair costs. Without asking they told me that I would not be charged a service trip. Just the cost to repair the garage door. On a Saturday around 6pm. Unheard of. Noah arrived 10 minutes before the start of my repair service window. He was professional and kind. Noah went above and beyond. Not only did he repair what I had broken. Noah also reinstalled by garage door sensor that had snapped off when the garage door closed abruptly. He replaced wires and screws that were not adequate for the garage door. Noah even adjusted the belt on my garage door opener. Another DIY project. Quality company, quality products, quality employees. Noah, thank you! I appreciate how you treated me and the quality of service and repair. I hope you have an amazing Christmas and New Year!
