We highly recommend Percision Garage Door. Our door spring broke yesterday trapping our vehicle in the garage. Precision was at the house within 30 minutes of my call to repair a broken spring. Within 3 1/2 hrs., Noah was able to replace my 2 commercial springs, on the 20' wide heavy door, with 4 residential springs and replace all the bearings. Courteous, professional, and cleaned up all debris.

What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. Appointment was scheduled promptly. Noah called to let me know when he was on his way during the scheduled timeframe. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed several issues.
