Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

Garage door would not stay closed. Noticed worn belt. Called Precision who I had used previously. Received an appointment for the day and time I wanted. Technician, Nate, was great. Called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener within 2 hours. Explained how to use everything and connected the car and outside keypad. Told me to be sure to register unit on website. All in all very satisfied with response time and service.

Garage door torsion spring broke in the morning, called and they had someone out here around noon to fix it. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about the condition of the door. You can't ask for much more than that.

We started noticing a strange sound with our garage door, but ignored it thinking it just needed some WD-44. Saturday morning, we opened our garage and couldn't get it to close again. I did a quick Google search and found Precision. I called and within a couple hours, I was contacted by Nate. He was very friendly, professional, and informative about the issue and the cost and warranty. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and our garage is way better than it was before including quieter than it has ever been. We definitely recommend Precision, you will not be disappointed!

We Love precision, you have been doing our work for over 10 years. Today we needed a new back up battery, and while Kyle and Nathan were inspecting they found the cables were frayed and we also need a new drums. They showed me what I needed, so I knew it needed to be done.. Great service. Quick response. Called on Tuesday fixed on Wednesday. Nate was excellent, fixed the broken spring and he let me know about my door, suggested to go with nylon wheels instead of the original metal ones. Much quieter. Didn’t really want to spend the money but I believe it will be better for my door and opener. Ive been in the retail hardware business for over 30 years and know good customer service. Thanks Nate.
