I chose Precision because of Nate Lewis. His previous work for us created a sense of confidence. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did think that the cost of replacing our garage door motor and related materials was somewhat overpriced. I would have normally sought other estimates, but I consider Nate's work worth the premium.

Precision Garage Door (Nate) came the same day I called for service. I had a garage door that was binding and not opening. Nate determined the coil springs were too weak to continue carrying the load of the double door. After replacing the two coil springs and the bearings in that unit the door started working properly. Once that was completed Nate also lubricated all the hinges and rollers. I was very satisfied with Nate and his knowledge and would highly recommend Precision Door when service is needed.

Second time I have used these folks. Same day service, the technician was there early dressed sharp, immediately began assessing my problems and had them identified and a solution for them. He even did a quick once over on my entire door tightened up some bolts and lubed some berings and such. Excellent value and service. They will always be my first call for garage doors.

Nate Lewis arrived at the appointed time (actually early) quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and did the job after I gave my ok. There were a couple of other issues that he called my attention to. I had to pass on his recommendations for now. He did give me a detailed estimate for the other two items and I will tend to them as finances permit. Nate was cordial, informative and professional. I will request him when I have the other two items tended to.

Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud. Decided to get his quote for replacing the rollers and such to get ahead of more problems down the road. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. Precision's two-man crew arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the needed work on a 20+ year old garage door opener and parts, spent two hours making the selected upgraded/repairs at the agreed upon cost. They ensured all the programing was in working order and removed all the scrap material from the property. Importantly, price point options on materials were discussed and selections were made prior the work starting. There were no surprise add-on charges as the job was completed.
