It began as a terrible Thursday morning. On our way to a doctor's appt but realizing we couldn't get out of the garage due to a broken spring! Luckily there was another vehicle in the driveway. Anyway, asked around on who to call to come look at the garage door and everyone said to call Precision Garage Door Service. I couldn't call at the time, so I went on their website, made an appt for someone to come take a look and give a quote later that same day. Heard from Nate quickly! He said he would be out around 430pm or sooner. Turns out we ended up at the ER around that time, but Nate came to the house anyway, while we chatted via text. He got the car out of the garage, looked at the door/spring, gave me a couple of estimates, and did the repairs that very night! It was well after dark when he called/texted to let me know he'd finished. (One of our sons was at the house and let me know that the door was fixed and seemed to be working better than ever.) I was able to make payment with Nate over the phone and the job was done! A little over a week later, I text Nate about light coming in under the door on one side. He came back out the next afternoon, made a quick adjustment, and voila - the garage door is actually working better than I remember it having done in all the years we've lived in the house! Nate was super friendly, quick, and patient with our situation. I would definitely recommend him and Precision!

Our noisy garage door finally quit closing down. Called Precision at night and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. I was able to manually pull the door down to close it for the night. The technician Nate Lewis came with his helper earlier than the appointment time. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and explained in very clear terms what caused the problem. After giving me a reasonable estimate he changed our old door spring system to the new design spring system with brand new nylon rollers and heavier cables. Both he and his helper Nathan were very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned any smudges on the door. Now we have a very quiet door and running smoothly. Thank you Nate Lewis for a job well done!

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Everything was evaluated first. reviewed with me the issues found. Repair estimate was reviewed and after my approval repairs were done. The repairs were done efficiently and completely. I chose Precision because of Nate Lewis. His previous work for us created a sense of confidence. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did think that the cost of replacing our garage door motor and related materials was somewhat overpriced. I would have normally sought other estimates, but I consider Nate's work worth the premium.

Precision Garage Door (Nate) came the same day I called for service. I had a garage door that was binding and not opening. Nate determined the coil springs were too weak to continue carrying the load of the double door. After replacing the two coil springs and the bearings in that unit the door started working properly. Once that was completed Nate also lubricated all the hinges and rollers. I was very satisfied with Nate and his knowledge and would highly recommend Precision Door when service is needed.

Second time I have used these folks. Same day service, the technician was there early dressed sharp, immediately began assessing my problems and had them identified and a solution for them. Nate Lewis arrived at the appointed time (actually early) quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and did the job after I gave my ok. There were a couple of other issues that he called my attention to. I had to pass on his recommendations for now. He did give me a detailed estimate for the other two items and I will tend to them as finances permit. Nate was cordial, informative and professional. I will request him when I have the other two items tended to.

Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud.
