The tech that came to my house was outstanding and did a wonderful job on my garage door. He showed me everything he did and showed me what was broken and did it in a timely manner. He was polite and very informative. He is an asset to your company. Thank you so very much. I will be telling all my friends about your service. It is great to see for single woman like me that have to depend on repair companies to do what is needed and not take advantage of me.

Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

The website noting reviews was very important in my selection. After having the door fixed I can understand why they have so many 5 star reviews. They were on time, worked fast, very courteous,, and finished on budget exactly as they estimated. Very great service.

They were able to schedule me for first thing the next day (a Saturday), called before they came and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment was for. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on their truck. On top of the repair I had them inspect and lube everything. Everything was done in less than 1 hr. You came and performed the work requested. I have never received a bill for this for my records and also a confirmation that I also paid for some other work to be done. Please have the person who came out to send me this information by email which he said he would do. Thank you. 4

Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

From the initial phone call until the truck left my house, this company has figured out that customer service and a professional staff are important. They were quick to answer the phone, quick to make a appointment and quick to fix the problem. All at a reasonable price. They should give seminars on how to run a business.

5 stars!!! You chose the right man when you employed Hayden who maintained a professional, cordial and personable manner during a challenging repair situation which presented a number of consecutive issues. He adjusted the door limits replaced the motor with one that itself was defective and had to be replaced, resolved a wiring problem, and changed out the chain system with a belt/track apparatus that resolved a different problem. Always maintaining a good sense of humor and a cordial professionalism, he was an outstanding representative of your company. Congratulations!

Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

Hayden did an excellent job of repairing my garage door. He knew exactly what was wrong with it when I explained what it was doing and told me it would take approximately an hour to repair and he kept his word. It was apparent he was well trained and very respectful and professional and friendly. Your company was recommended by my neighbor and I give you 5 stars for being an excellent company. Thanks Hayden I appreciate you. Will definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door service.

Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.
