Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.

I have more than one complement: 1. Precision Garage Door Service is always courteous not only their office team but field crew as well, both on the phone and in person. 2. When they come out, they are patient and answer any questions I may have. 3. They don't waste time and get the job done and explain the problem. Kudos to you guys and gals at Precision Garage Door Service, wish everyone handled business like you all do. Thanks to all, Mrs. Flowers

I called this morning and by noon it was done! I had a broken spring on the door. They replaced the spring and some parts, all present on their truck. Simple and didnt gouge. I had a coupon they honored, and they offered several package options that saved money. I am very happy with their representative and the service we received.

Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.
