Cameron arrived earlier than expected to fix my garage door. He called me to make sure it was ok with me. He explained what the problem was, how to fix it and how long it was going to take. Cameron was very professional and meticulous. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. This company is definitely the best in the field!

This was the first time using Precision and we weren't disappointed. Our tech Cameron came out the day I needed him. Cameron took care of our garage door in under an hour and a half. He was so polite and not pushy like some repair are. I will ask for Cameron next time. I highly recommend him.

Kyle Carr

Connor was absolutely incredible. Really went above and beyond. He was professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, even to the point of vacuuming where he was working. I highly recommend his service working with Precision.

Had a sensor age and wiring issue. Cameron came out and fixed it within 2 hours of my call as he was close. Terrific job explaining what was going on and tuned the door as well while here. Can’t ask for better than that over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend!

Our existing garage door opener self-destructed; Cameron explained what had happened and offered us several options, and we decided to have him replace the opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and we were impressed with his workmanship. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville.

Precision Garage Door is the best! I'm more of a "proactive maintenance" person... so I have the technicians come out once a year to keep things running smoothly... Everyone at Precision is great: responsible, friendly, professional, and they keep me and my garage doors happy and running smoothly!

Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Thanks to the Precision team!

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door. Their communication was top-notch — I received clear email and text updates before and on the day of my appointment. Cameron, the technician, arrived right on time (actually, called to see if he could come by early) and was extremely professional. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured or upsold. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them for their professionalism, reliability, and great service.

On Friday morning my garage door would not go down. I really wanted the door to be operational over the weekend. I looked at your site and you saw that I could set up an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 that afternoon. I was delighted and set it up. Cameron called and asked if he could arrive a little early - I was pleased. He came on time. He is a very pleasant, polite person. He examined the door and found that a sensor had stopped working. (I then realized that I had been working in that area that morning and must have smashed it myself.) He took a look at the operation of the door overall and found a couple of areas that were wearing down. He said they were likely to need replacement in a couple of years. I had him replace those parts while he was here. The door is much quieter now. I was very pleased with the experience. It could not have been better.

Stephanie Abaunza

My garage door was not opening and after calling a few companies, Precision was the only one that could come out same day. Within a few hours, Cameron was here, breaking down the issue and cost. He was professional and quick in getting the job done. If we have any other issues with our door, we’ll be sure to reach out to them again!

Monday September 29th I went to open my garage door. Did not open but maybe three inches. I called Precision Garage and within 40 minutes Camran was at my front door. He was a perfect gentleman!! He looked things over and showed me what needed to be fixed. He gave me the estimate and began to work. He was very knowledgeable and maybe 50 minutes later was done. I found their add in the Clipp! This was my first time using Precision and use them whenever I have a problem in the future! Thank you very much Precision!!!

I had met Cameron Lewis (Service Technician) through a mutual friend and he was very polite and knowledgeable so when I needed a garage repairman I wanted him to be that guy. He was awesome ! He knew what he was doing, was very patient with me and my questions and did not rush. I will call Precision for all of my garage door needs from now on. Thank you, Cameron and Precision Garage Door Service !
