Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. On Friday morning my garage door would not go down. I really wanted the door to be operational over the weekend. I looked at your site and you saw that I could set up an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 that afternoon. I was delighted and set it up. Cameron called and asked if he could arrive a little early - I was pleased. He came on time. He is a very pleasant, polite person. He examined the door and found that a sensor had stopped working. (I then realized that I had been working in that area that morning and must have smashed it myself.) He took a look at the operation of the door overall and found a couple of areas that were wearing down. He said they were likely to need replacement in a couple of years. I had him replace those parts while he was here. The door is much quieter now. I was very pleased with the experience. It could not have been better.

Monday September 29th I went to open my garage door. Did not open but maybe three inches. I called Precision Garage and within 40 minutes Camran was at my front door. He was a perfect gentleman!! He looked things over and showed me what needed to be fixed. He gave me the estimate and began to work. He was very knowledgeable and maybe 50 minutes later was done. I found their add in the Clipp! This was my first time using Precision and use them whenever I have a problem in the future! Thank you very much Precision!!!

I can't remember when these garage doors were installed. I've called twice since then for service. Twice? Yes. Twice! Why so much? Because I enter my house via the garage door. As such they're used considerably more than most folks. So I call for service. In my mind it's more tweaking than service. Regardless these folks answer the call every time! No robo response. They show UP PROMPTLY and do more than I ask even when I ask them to. Over the phone I said adjust 1 door. When Cameron arrived I said check and adjust BOTH. He did so quite well. That's why I keep calling them back. Expert installation. Expert service. The people I meet CARE. Sets them apart from others. I'm greatfull! The options mention "spring repair". I select that only because there isn't a "spring adjustment" category.
