This morning called Precision garage door service, and they send me a technician within an hour. Cameron the technician was very pleasant and very familiar with product that he installed. he installed it about 2hrs, that's includes the setting up the Apps to our phones and able to open the garage door thru our vehicles. We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.

Used the app to set up my appointment last night and they came this morning. Needed to replace my 20 year old opener and they had several options on the truck. Cameron the installer was very polite, explained options and did the installation and programming of all features in under 2 hours.
