Esteemed Sr. Carlos Morales I was very fortunate to get Tech. Hayden Saari for a new Genie garage door opener purchased from Precision G.D.S. on 4/29/25. Hayden arrived at the exact time promised and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the Genie product he was about to instal. After informing him of my current age and past stroke; Hayden made sure to explain what the job entitled with patience and in a non technical manner. Job was completed in approx. (2 hrs.) and work area was totally cleaned up. Hayden took the time to program an extra Genie remote and my automobile "Homelink" system. Contacted the company early on a Monday evening and was advised that a technician would be scheduled to arrive between 10 and 2 the next day. Received a telephone call from the technician at 9.45 the next morning and he arrived just before 10 on schedule. Explained the problem and he was able to quickly identify the issue being a broken spring for the garage door. He explained the problem in detail and provided an estimate which upon approval, was accepted and he then made the necessary repairs with a new spring. The technician was very helpful and a delight to work with. His name is Riley Holloway-Helm and a credit to the company. I shall recommend your company in the future to all who require a first- rate garage door service.

Great service and repair work. I called, received an agent to repair my garage door within 10 minutes and he arrived within a half hour on a Saturday. The work was accomplished within 3 hours. All work was accomplished in an excellent manner and he made a repair that was made by the installer when my home was built 12 years ago. Excellent service!

A metal component near a vertical hinge had rusted through. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. The Precision technician, Drew, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and informed me that it could be repaired. At my request he also provided me with estimates to replace the entire door and the garage door opener. I elected to repair the door at this time and Drew did an excellent job. I would add that Drew was courteous, efficient and fully explained the repair to me. I would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.
