Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options to complete the repair that all made perfect sense and didn’t try to up sale us to things that weren’t needed. The work was clean, quick and effective! Big thanks to Hayden! The overall experience was kicked off by courteous office staff that didn’t charge a fee just for showing up to review the job (unlike some of their competitors). The experience was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me on anything. He quoted me 1.5-2 hours for the new equipment installation and he stayed well within those time parameters. Sunday appointment was between 8am and noon. Drew arrived at 8:10am, diagnosed the problem and replaced the opener, installed the codes in both cars and showed me how to install the App on my phone. Great job and couldn't be happier!

A really great, professional company! Service available seven days a week, who does that anymore? My garage door main spring broke on a Friday evening and Precision Door came out the next day (on a Saturday) and had it replaced in 30 minutes! The repair tech. that did the work at my home was Dalton and he showed up right when he said he would, was well prepared and very professional, went right to work and had my garage door working again in no time. I am very impressed with this company and will always call them for any garage door repairs in the future.

I scheduled Precision for a 2nd spring estimate. I had used them in South Florida before moving to Fernandina Beach. Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . May 29, 2025 Mr. Morales, Today Michael G came out to fix our garage door that could not close since yesterday afternoon. The cable had come off the wheel. We were extremely impressed with the work he did and his integrity. The door is now working without any problems at all. We called Precision garage door services and had Michael G come to fix it. He listened carefully about our story and said he would check everything before he gave us the conclusion. Very soon he identified the real problem and fixed everything perfectly and quickly. He was very honey and told us everything we needed to know. He tested the door a few times to make sure everything was working fine before he left. Now our door works very well. Because he was honest and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the real problem. We are so happy that we did not have to purchase any parts and only paid for the services. We trust him completely. After 7 years our garage door needed a repair. Precision technician Kyle Daley came the same day I called. Kyle quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. The parts needing replacement were covered under Precision's lifetime warranty so we were only charged a service fee. The door is working like new again!

When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. The technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on, and he did an amazing job. The seal around the garage door is better than it’s ever been.

When I initially called I was given a window of time for that very same day. Within an hour I received a message from the technician asking if he could come earlier. The repair turned out to be extensive but there was room to negotiate some solutions and the manager approved nearly $500 worth of free rollers with the other work.

My garage door opener system was at least 24 years old and was limping along to do its job. From a reliable source, Precision was recommended to come and assess my situation. Hayden, the installer, called me within 5-10 minutes after my first call to Precision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate based on what I wanted to be done. He was extremely kind and estimated the work to take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Within 1 hour, he had completed the entire job and walked me through his installation which included a new motor, belt drive, sensors, remote pad and its setup. Thank you Precision!
