Great service from Precision Garage Door Service. Both technician Dalton and Ray were very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining what was the problem what parts needed and the cost for each part. I booked the appointment 1 hour before the technician arrived. It took them in total of 45 min finding the issue and fixing.

Chad was such a kind and thorough technician. He came out to assist my grandparents repair of their garage. He was very thorough and showing step-by-step instructions of how to use the mobile app and all the other features for the garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision.

Hayden came out today and got my broken garage door taken care of. He was excellent and answered every question I had. Would ask for him specifically if I needed more work in the future. May not be a bad idea to give him a raise. Can tell he has a lot of pride and was great to deal with.

Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Noah did a great job of assessing the issue, reviewing the state of our aging double garage and working on a solution that got our garage up and working again (and all on a Sunday!). Not cheap but guaranteed work from a trustworthy company.

Called 11:30am on Sunday and the tech, Noah, arrived the same afternoon. He replaced the entire spring assembly with a better system. More importantly, he didn't just fix the problem and run. He took the time to go over the entire system. The doors had a lot of play and drove me crazy on windy days. He tightened everything down and now no rattle. Excellent work!

Daniel Lambright

Very knowledgeable. And did a great job. Wasn’t trying to sell you on anything. Highly recommended

My garage door broke on the 4th of July, leaving my car stuck inside—I couldn’t open it manually. I called the next day, and they promptly sent someone out. Hayden, the service technician, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue, gave me a few repair options, and was able to complete the work right then. The repair took about 1.5 hours, and everything was back to working perfectly. Great service!
