Great service from Precision Garage Door Service. Both technician Dalton and Ray were very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining what was the problem what parts needed and the cost for each part. I booked the appointment 1 hour before the technician arrived. It took them in total of 45 min finding the issue and fixing.

Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Called 11:30am on Sunday and the tech, Noah, arrived the same afternoon. He replaced the entire spring assembly with a better system. More importantly, he didn't just fix the problem and run. He took the time to go over the entire system. The doors had a lot of play and drove me crazy on windy days. He tightened everything down and now no rattle. Excellent work!

The repair took about 1.5 hours, and everything was back to working perfectly. Great service!
