I called Precision at 4:30 PM and they advised that a serviceman could come to my house between 6-10 PM if that was OK with me. Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Precision to anyone faced with a garage door problem.

Precision Doors was quick to schedule an appointment and Riley gave me a heads up call before he came so that I could meet him at the home. He quickly identified the problem and although the issue was diagnosed I decided to go ahead and replace. Riley did the install quickly and efficiently and was able to offer a discount. She laughed with us as we cut up and it was nice to have someone who didn’t make you feel like your were bothering them.
