They were honest and professional—no pressure to go with the more expensive option. They ended up offering a deal on replacing both the springs and the pole that was too good to pass up, so I moved forward with the full replacement, even though I was originally just looking for a quote. They completed the entire job the same day within a few hours. Now my garage door is working like it should, and I’m able to use it again with no issues. It’s also great to support a company that hires veterans—definitely a plus in my book.

Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.
