I chose and will continue to choose Percision for all of my garage door needs. I called for loud door noise and stalled up/down movement. The service professional Riley was great! He arrived early after calling to inform me that he could If it was okay. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what my issue was and all of my repair options. I chose to replace my old system with the new belt driven PRO 3120 WiFi model. It’s an amazing system & investment. I’m 100% satisfied. Thank you Percision for amazing service as usual.

A bolt discharged from my garage door when I opened it this morning. The door would no longer close or open. Rich, from Precision, arrived right on time, could see the problem, installed a new bolt, checked everything, and left me with a working garage door. I came home on a Friday after work and motor on garage door opener seized up and wouldn't open. At 5pm I called and they made appointment for 8am Saturday and showed up at 8am. The motor was under their lifetime warranty and only paid $69 for service call. They were prompt and friendly.
