We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service from start to finish! Booking the appointment online was quick and easy, and we were able to get a next-day time slot that worked perfectly with our schedule. Dalton and Ray arrived right on time and were incredibly respectful of our work-from-home environment. After assessing the issue, they walked us through several options and took the time to explain the benefits and realities of each one, which helped us make a confident, informed decision. We decided to go with a new motor and spring system. Throughout the installation, both Dalton and Ray were professional, patient, and kind. They even corrected previous work done by the builder. Once the job was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up and left the space better than they found it. Overall, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for anyone in need of fast, friendly, and knowledgeable help!

He inspected my system and gave me an estimate before the work was started. Before he finished up he made sure everything was working properly and that he left the area he worked in clean. Very professional service and very pleased with the work. Thanks Michael!
