Dalton Merritt - Thank you so much for the professional service in repairing my mother's garage door. Dalton was courteous and helped us understand what needed to be done in the repair of our garage door. Especially appreciated the prompt response - as the damaged door happened late Friday nite and we were pleasantly surprised that we had Dalton the following morning to repair the door and upgrade the motor. and bent railings. My husband was a garage door installer in the late 80s and I understand how difficult a garage door can be to fix on your own (which definitely will use Precision Overhead Garage door service in the future). Terrific! I have had both my garage door openers replaced by Precision, different times. Their staff is timely, per appointment, go right to work and complete the job quickly and correctly. This time was a broken wire on one of the sensors. The problem was corrected under warranty in record time on Saturday! I would recommend this firm anytime.

The installer focused only on the positives of his door type. Did not inform me that it would look totally different the door opener on the adjacent door. Did not inform me in advance it would leave a substantial hole in the wall were the activator remote is mounted. I feel I must now replace the fully functional opener on the other door for appearance sake.

Mr. Claysmith, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. As discussed with you at the time of service, your existing garage door openers are old and unfortunately one of them was not working well due to the age of the unit. The model of the existing openers that you have are no longer made. There is no way to replace the broken unit with a new opener and have the appearance as the other older unit in your garage because over the years the appearance of the units have been changed. As for the hole in your wall that was discovered under the existing wall station, I am sorry that the builder had such a large hole that was hidden behind the unit. As soon as we removed the unit and discovered this you stated that you have found many items in your home that the builder did similar to this. This is unfortunate and wish this was not the case, however we did not build your home. I appreciate your business and feedback and understand your concerns and hope that the work that we performed was satisfactory. If you have any issues with the unit or work performed please let us know.

As I expected, the garage door repair was much more expensive ($822.86) than we had planned on paying when we called Precision. I have always heard that Garage Door companies take the customer for all they are worth. However, in our case, the work that was done is work that needed to be done. In our case, I don't believe more was done than was necessary. I would like to thank Tim and Brian for a job well done.

My garage door needed work It was not dependable, sometimes it would open and close but most of the time it wouldn't. The young gentleman you sent out named Dalton was courteous respectful and helpful answering all my questions and explaining what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the garage door opener and belt rail as well as the rollers that rolled the door up and down. I am 82 years old and am not able to do the things I was having to do to get in and out of the garage. He also programed the garage door opener in the car which I would not have been able to do. I feel like Dalton went above and beyond and gave me excellent service. I would give him a 5+ if i could and will call you again if i have any more problems with my garage door. GOOD JOB!!!!
