Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle. I loved how quickly they responded on a Sunday night to scheduling and appointment and was able to accommodate me the very next morning. My service technician was very friendly and thorough. I had used this company probably 16 years prior to this on our old house in Duval County. I would definitely use them again!!!!

My father in law recommended this company after he replaced the door coil spring. Riley did an excellent job of listening, troubleshooting, and maintaining the door. Afterwards we took the time to quote replacing the underrated springs and chain.

your company is not honest and try to rip off people my GARAGE door spring broke and they come and told me 1700 to fix then i google and look at the part and average cost should no more than 350 to 400 after i show him all that then he say ok how but 1000 i say no have a nice day then he say let me make a phone call then he come back and say he will do for 700 i told him 500 the best i do then he say then i put cheap spring is not has good is the other one the i had to go to work and i had no choose i say i give yu the best 650 he say ok i will do then i ask him put door opener for me he say 140 i say i give 700 total he say ok door opener in amazon is only 25 i check any way this company ripe off and watch out and stay way

Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company.
