The spring on our garage door failed, and it was a project I was not willing to undertake myself. I went on the Precision Garage Door website and was able to immediately and easily schedule a FREE service visit to assess the issue. There were multiple available times in the immediate future that worked for me, making it extra simple to get service scheduled. The technician, Rey, called when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in terms that were simple for my wife and I to understand. He worked with us to come up with a repair solution that got the job done inside of our budget, and the repair was completed in about an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, but I will readily recommend them to anyone who asks, and they will be my first call (or click) next time I have a garage door issue!

We found Precision Garage Service online and made an appointment for the next day. Chad was our technician and was prompt, very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. He replaced two sensors that were bad. We highly recommend Chad and will request him again if the need arises. Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost. I am so happy with Precision Garage door service. Justin and Dalton were great. I backed into my garage door before it was totally opened. They came the same day and were able to fix it at minimal cost to me. Fortunately Precision had fixed my garage door a month earlier. At that time they advised me to replace spring system. My home is fairly new and the builder’s spring system was not high quality. The new spring system prevented major damage. They even reattached the clips on my car that came loose from me hitting the garage door. That saved me a trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
