I've been seeing your commercial on TV and was having the same problem as televised about the garage door not opening all the way so I called and made an appt. Very nice gentleman showed up on time and did a maintenance overhaul and everything seems to be working fine now. He said if there were any problems to give Precision Door a call back and they come out again... Fingers crossed this fixed my problem as my Door Opener is about 25 years old. Price was in the ballpark I was thinking it would be - very reasonable, glad I called them.

Wow my old garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision at 8:00 AM and the technician was at my home at 10:30 AM. It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I've used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran's discount. Very pleased.

Kyle also made it a point to explain all of the features of the garage door opener, battery backup, external keypad plus the safety features. He reviewed the proper maintenance procedures as well.
