Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above the required "fix". The price was very fair for the service call and repair. THX Michael...

We selected Precision from word of mouth recommendations when we moved here 7 1/2 years ago. The scheduling has been immediate and the service excellent. Chad provided my service today and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He obviously enjoys his work and is willing to answer questions and educate. I received a timely appointment to have my garage door repaired. Reggie (the technician) was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to complete the repair and the cost. He also explained routine maintenance. I was very pleased and will be definitely updating my current garage opener.

Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.
