Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. My wife was exceptionally pleased with his patience with her questions and getting her WIFI set up on her iPhone and car. Thank you for such great service Chad.

At 8:00 in the morning I realized my garage door would only go up halfway and stuck there. I called immediately to Precision and within 2 and 1/2 hrs later Noah the repair person was there. He looked over everything to see what the problem was. He went over all with me and prices. He also had a list of other repairs needed in the future but no pressure to make me feel all had to be done now. I had the initial repair done and one other thing replaced. He was courteous and respectful. My next repairs I will definitely request him. Precision is a great company. Their prices are very competitive and their service is exceptional I would not use any other company but them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE with competitive pricing! Nate was our service technician and was excellent. I called Precision at 3pm and by 5pm Nate arrived the SAME day! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He quickly assessed why the garage door failed to open and presented me 2 options to repair. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and able to finish the repair quickly and cleaned everything up and answered any questions for me. Rey was wonderful! He assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. He was very polite and informative when explaining the repair. Once the spring repair was complete he made sure all of our questions were answered and everything was in good working order before leaving. Couldn’t ask for more!

I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. The problem was promptly diagnosed and in a couple of hours I had a new garage opener with new belt and keypad. Kyle was great in explaining everything and efficiently made the replacement. This company and Kyle both completely deserve 5 stars!
