Jason was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour. Also lubricated all hinges b4 he left. If needed I will definitely use Precision again. The amazing part is they actually showed up the same day!

Chad Martin did a great job replacing our garage door springs and rollers. He was friendly, professional, efficient and took the time to explain the different packages and the actual process. The work area was totally cleaned up, even made sure his fingerprints were off the garage door. I would highly recommend Chad and Precision!

Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.

Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . I was impressed with the different these new rollers made , quiet as a mouse . This company and it's service are second to none , excellent , honest service , they are the BEST .

Excellent, responsive service! I was surprised that the company could react that quickly to my broken garage door problem -- and perform the repair so quickly. The techs (Tim, and his trainee) were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a superb job faster than I would have expected. All and all, a very good repair/maintenance experience. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Jacksonville! Service: New springs, bearings, torsion tube, cables, drums, rollers and keypad (pretty much everything...)
