The outside remote keypad was not working. I decided to purchase a newer version. Ron was very helpful and personable. We discovered that he is from the same small town in KY where my mom grew up. Thank you.

Prior to the install we had Matt and Rebekah come out to give us a quote and go over the different types of doors. They were so thorough and answered all of questions. The following week we had a technician come out and install the door and help us program remotes and our cars. Franklin was very professional and nice. He did an amazing job with installing our door. Whatever hiring practices Precision are practicing please continue to do them. Every one was professional, friendly and the customer service was top tier.

In spite of receiving multiple coupons from other business's, I chose Precision for offering to match others and a senior discount. I felt it was an honest offering, more comfortable. No regrets. Our tech, Ron, was polite, professional, honest and clean and efficient. Definite thumbs up!
