My garage door was opening on it's own during the day. Charlie came out, checked out the opener system, and decided to reprogram all of the remotes with a new code. We have not had any problems since then. Thank you Charlie!

Cameron was my technician that came out. I was having so many problems with my mom’s garage key fob. I had Overhead door garage company come 3 times and still was having problems. Cameron was great he replaced the motor and explained why we were having so many Problems. Cameron replaced the motor and the key Fob and was such a nice gentleman. He over exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend This company.

I can't remember when these garage doors were installed. I've called twice since then for service. Twice? Yes. Twice! Why so much? Because I enter my house via the garage door. As such they're used considerably more than most folks. So I call for service. In my mind it's more tweaking than service. Regardless these folks answer the call every time! No robo response. They show UP PROMPTLY and do more than I ask even when I ask them to. Over the phone I said adjust 1 door. When Cameron arrived I said check and adjust BOTH. He did so quite well. That's why I keep calling them back. Expert installation. Expert service. The people I meet CARE. Sets them apart from others. I'm greatfull! The options mention "spring repair". I select that only because there isn't a "spring adjustment" category.

Rey was outstanding. He responded this morning after I made a request last night. He quickly resolved the issue (door had been painted shut by from the outside by recent exterior painters hired by the HOA). Rey fixed the issue within minutes so I was able to get my car out. Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kalen and Precision Garage Doors!

Great experience! We called on a Thursday afternoon, about 4:00 p.m., 9/4/25, about getting a general service on our garage door. We expected to be told we would have to wait until the following Monday. We were told Precision Garage Door could have a Service Tech out between 6:00-10:00 but would probably show up shortly after 6:00. We scheduled for that evening. at about 5:35, we received a call froNoah informing us he was 30 minutes away. Noah arrived at 6:05 p.m. Noah went over what the basic service would include and we asked him to replace the garage door slide lock also. Noah was amazing. He was finished before 7:00 p.m.

Thank you Colton so much for your prompt assessment of our garage door opening and closing issue. Colton's professionalism and knowledge was very instrumental in our decision to replace the the motor unit and the fact that he handled the job without us having to wait another day was very much appreciated. Being senior citizens, the recent passing of our son, and my husband recently diagnosed with A-Fib, there was no way we could have replaced the unit by ourselves. Kudos to Colton for a job well done! And, Colton even made sure we understood how everthing worked including having paired the remotes to the unit. It was a very smooth transaction.

Very expensive and found out they dont get paid by the hour they get paid on what they sell. Such a shame I had a lot of work for them. Call other door company amd it was 200 cheaper than what the tech said bad way to do business.
