The garage door, now about two or three years old, was not working. I called Precision because they installed the original door and replaced it efficiently. The technician called me to let me know he was coming. He was cheerful, polite, and completely informed about what he was doing. His courteous service did all the repairs and replacements needed. You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Great, on time even called to give me an arrival time update and could arrive a few minutes early which almost never happens. Assessed problem with the door and explained it to me. Fixed and out in less than an hour. Super nice guy. This was the least stressful repair of a month long of repairs and trades in my rental unit that was destroyed by the last tenant.

Charlie arrived an hour early, which was great! He quickly determined what was needed to fix our garage door and then proceeded to do the work. After he repaired the door he adjusted the settings on our garage door opener and lubricated the door. It was a very nice experience.
