I found the Precision garage door service on line. I called them in the morning on Saturday and they came in and they got my garage door fixed in the afternoon on the same day. Dalton and Kyle are very knowledgeable about what they do and need to be done and they got my garage door done with in two hours. I am very happy with the service.

This is the second time I’ve had Precision do work on my door and all I can say is do not search any farther, you found the right company. KB was prompt, polite, and performed the work confidently and quickly. I couldn’t budge my door and he lifted it like the hulk! Make sure they put a sticker on the inside of your door so you know exactly who to call next time!

Top tier service straight out the gate! I was in desperate need of their service. Our family had to leave our home due to new floors being done in our home and all of sudden the garage went out. I called/text in a panic by noon they were there to save the day like a super hero. Chad did an amazing job. Called before arriving so i was ready for him. Routed all the wires neatly and showed me how to use the wall switch. Removed a flouresent light so the door would have room to operate. I'd recommend Precision for all garage door work.

I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app't the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.
