Our daughter’s car was broken into at FSU over the weekend. The thieves had rifled through the glove box so had our address and the only thing taken (as she keeps nothing of value in car) was the garage door opener. I called Precision and they had a service technician out within the hour. Hayden reprogrammed our doors, remotes, keypad and a car AND did a free courtesy inspection and lube. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Although, they do not work on my type of garage door opener, chain driven, they provided a thorough understanding of the issue and provided a possible solution via another vendor that might. They also pointed out the imbalance of my door and weight factor. I had them adjust the spring to obtain the balance with a noticeable difference. They also provided an estimate for a full replacement which they service.

the entire encounter could NOT have been more perfect. as soon as i called Precision about a broken coil, i was given an appointment just a couple hours leter. the tech--Kaleb--called to tell me when he was on his way. he gave me an estimate, went to work, and fixed it--no fuss or muss, for me at least! he was incredibly courteous, listened well, and gave me 100% confidence that i called the right company and he was the right technician. you can bet all my neighbors will be hearing about my fantastic encounter!!

I heard about Precision Garage door from the Nextdoor app, and they came highly recommended throughout my neighborhood! Dalton and Mitchell were AWESOME! You cannot ask for better technicians to come out to your home! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and hard-working, they did an outstanding job changing out my garage door opener, new springs, rollers, remote controls, exterior keypad and other necessary hardware. We recently moved up here to this area and I could tell the garage door had never been serviced. It now runs so quiet you can hardly hear it! Precision Garage Door is by far the best in garage door, sales and service! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any services for their garage door!!!
