Wonderful experience with our repair from Precision Door. Technician, Cole, was here within 2 hours of my call. He quickly determined the problem. He had parts necessary to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. He explained what he was doing, he also completed regular maintenance of the garage door, all parts. Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!

Our garage door was not opening, was able to schedule an appointment Sunday afternoon online. Precision was out early Monday morning, they were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed all before 11am. They were super professional and friendly.

He performed routine maintenance (oiling/greasing where needed). He presented me with options for the repair and informed me of coupons they had to help with pricing. I wanted my garage bottom repaired and my neighbor recommended them to me. I looked at the work performed in his garage and was very pleased with what I saw. This is the second time we’ve had your company come and service our garage door in last 25 years I feel that’s great other people have have serviced every other year that’s awesome service record other people should look into.
