Kalen arrived promptly, provided an assessment on the equipment and cost for various options of service. He completed the work same day and helped set up a new system. I had an excellent experience with Connor Brooks from Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville. From the moment he arrived, Connor was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and property. Connor walked me through the issues with our existing garage door that would no longer open with the controls. He took the time to explain which components were affected and the potential issues that could arise in the future. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made sure all my questions were answered before moving forward.

Your service was excellent and my technical representative, Noah, was very professional. His work was neat, he even cleaned my garage floor when the job was complete. I had called for a repair but when we found that my garage door opener was beyond repair, Noah had all the needed supplies to install a new opener. I didn't have to wait for a second trip or for supplies to be ordered. I highly recommend this company.
