Precision Door did a fantastic job of analyzing my needs and giving me a complete run down of what I would need to replace a 27-year old door and inoperable opener. Within three days The crew of two hard-working installers led by Chance, were at my door ahead of time. They completed the project in 2.5 hours and cleaned up their work. Everything works smoothly and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precious Door Service to anyone!

My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. Could not open the door the next morning. Needed to get the cars out to go to work. Called Precision at 8 am. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.

Fast response, had a tech onsite in less than 24 hours. Brian R. diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and helped us understand the options for repair. He was skilled and capable in his work, and just as importantly he was friendly and personable. My son popped out to see and Brian took a moment to say hi and answer an 8 yr old's questions on how the door worked. Hard to find people who are good at the job while knowing how to work with people. Great service all around. I will recommend you to anyone who needs garage door repairs or install. Called pretty late in the day for an appointment. Thought it would be next day for service. But as they stated 2 hours timeline which was great. Riley called and asked if he could come earlier than my 4 to 6 window. He did, and was very professional and pleasant. Sorry it was so hot in there. He told me what I needed and got to it. Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.
