Big shout out and thanks to Walter Schneider! He came by to fix my garage that wouldn’t close properly and replace wrong springs. He also noted the bearings were old and going bad so we replaced them as well. Lastly adjusted the garage door motor to ensure proper closing and opening. Thanks again!

I called Precision Garage Door due to an issue with my door hanging up when opening. Precision came out right away and professionally handled the job. The technician replaced the tension rod and made sure everything was lubed so the door worked perfectly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the service, but was provided with a complete breakdown of the charges and was completely satisfied. I plan to have them back out in a few months to replace the opener and rollers, which is also an expensive service, but I feel the peace of mind makes it worthwhile. I’m giving Precision Garage Door Service 5 stars because i would use them again and highly recommend them as well.

Had a great experience from Tim Vuren. Extremely quick to get here and very knowledgeable and professional. Called in for a broken spring, but have had other issues that have been ongoing and needed to get fixed. He was able to quickly identify everything else that needed to be replaced and explained everything he was going to do and showed me all the parts that needed to be replaced. Gave options to just replace the spring or if I wanted he could fix everything and listed each in order of priority. Decided to get it all fixed at once and extremely glad I did. The garage door has never worked this well before. Will definitely call again to have him fix the second door when the time comes!

Our technician's name was Chad. He did a great job. We needed a whole new garage door motor. He installed a whole new garage door button and a keypad outside. He had it done very quickly and gave us lots of useful information. Highly recommend Chad, he was great!
