Once I contacted Precision I was contacted by our service guy, Hayden, within minutes. He was on site within the hour. Hayden was excellent...a clear communicator, friendly, showing options for the repair, and pricing. He did a thorough inspection and review of other possible future repairs and maintenance tips. The technician installed a piece metal so my garage door opener could attach to the door. The piece was too long so the screws don't properly attach to the door correctly. The piece of metal would have attached better if it was smaller or if the end of it was slightly bent. I was disappointed in the job.

Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.
