We had a great experience! Our technician was at our house within 2 hours of our request for service. Was impressed with our technicians professionalism and determining what the issues was and giving us options as to how best to proceed. Was a little surprised at the cost but it has been years since we have had to have any work done on our garage door. We were reassured that the premium parts should last about 15 years. Jeff installed my new garage door opener. He did an exemplary job, very professionally, in a succinct amount of time. He also was able to save me some money on the installation. He took the time to explain to me how to operate it correctly and what to do if I ever have any problems with it. He explained the warranty to me, as well. He was very thorough.

I used Precision to install a new garage door opener 7 years ago and it's operated fine since then. However, on the afternoon of Dec 31st it would no longer close without holding the control button. I was very pleased that their service person, Noah, was at my door within 90". He checked out the system and found that the sensors had failed. Bottom line, from phone call to completion of the fix was only about 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the timeliness and efficiency of the service.

Have worked with Precision before and the experience was very positive. Someone was here within two hours of when I called and it's New Years Eve. Today's technician (Jeff) was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced all worn and broken parts and had the door up and running in a little over an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them if there are problems in the future

Jeff was terrific. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I had called because I was having trouble with my 2012 LiftMaster system. It had begun responding erratically, and some of the several remotes I had been using had stopped working entirely. Jeff located the problem, a failed "motherboard" within the motor housing. He offered two solutions: 1) try and locate a replacement board, or 2) replace the entire opener including all eight new remotes. Jeff said a replacement board would probably have to be a used one, if available at all. So, I chose complete replacement. All parts needed were in Jeff's truck, which meant he could proceed with the replacement immediately. Jeff completed the installation that same afternoon/evening. There was just one "hang up" which Jeff eventually solved: We could not make my previously-installed MEROSS iPhone-controlled system work. After more than an hour of trying to pair the MEROSS system to the new GENIE system, Jeff suggested installing an Aladdin Connect iPhone-controlled alternative. He installed it on my phone, assisted in setting up the account, paired it with the GENIE and tested it successfully. PERFECT! i was especially impressed with Jeff's patience and persistence in getting all work done, even though he had to work well past normal working hours to do so. He's a good man.
