Poor service, technician only trying to seel new garrage door for brand new 5 yeaor old home. Precision used to be good when was locally owned and operated.

Fantastic service and quality work! Ray was so polite and professional. Our motor went out so with the replacement and repair our door moves smoother and MUCH quieter. The gentleman who came out last week was just as amazing but I didn’t get his name. Great staff you have! Take care of them.

Hayden understood the issue and performed a garage door tune up, rebalanced the door and rewired the safety eyes. While this and other garage door companies are not inexpensive, the cost is well worth it! Hayden was polite and knowledgeable.
