My wife and I were very satisfied on the installation of our new Garage door. They were very efficient. The teamwork tactics utilized by the two Technitians was very professional. They did not waste any time in performing their tasks. Worked like a "well oiled machine".

I was very impressed with your service. Brett your installation pro was very courteous, and professional. Before I retired I was a purchasing agent for New York state. I dealt with many companies. and hired many to do installation contracts with us so I know quite a bit of service companies. I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone requiring garage door installation and repair. It was also a plus the way Brett showed me all the bells and whistles of my new unit, and how to use them and if any problems arise to feel free to call with any questions . Again thanks again for your service. In todays world there are not many companies willing to extend the expert service and support that you do. 5 STARS FOR YOU AND BRETT. Keep up the great work

The installer Dan did a great job , I like how he went beyond the call of duty. He installed a garage door only but also took the time to put bulbs in my opener and made the wiring neat,as before it was all discombobled . Thanks dan for extending your services. Ps. Also liked the next day service and low pressure sales .

Brett was on time, communicated well before arriving and completed the work within the time estimate he provided. Coupled with the bonus of having a garage door opener that still works I'd say this was a 5 star experience.

I own St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rentals and have long term rentals as well. I manage the rental of this wonderful home. The owner and I were so concerned that someone would come in and exaggerate the repair because she nor I knew what was needed. I will put your company in my vendor list. I do have other houses with garage doors. Patty H. Kay

First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.

Had an excellent repair experience at our previous home in Lake Mary, FL , and therefore requested an analysis of our garage door in Ponte Vedra Beach. Our technician, Tim Van Vuren, did not disappoint, and we are recommending Precision Door's services to other unit owners in Little Bay Harbor.

Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to. And the gentleman that came out was very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done, explained it to me, and helped me with my payment. I'm thankful for Precision.

2/16/15 My appointment time was scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. Technicians Chad and Mike arrived @11:49am - within the hour of my phone call. Both were professions and introduced themselves. Chad listened to my concerns, examined the door and rollers. Then repeated my concerns back to me to ensure he understood...THAT ALONE IMPRESSED ME!! He didn't attempt to scam or cheat me as a single woman but explained the problem areas in easy to understand terms. Chad and Mike were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would gladly recommend Precision highly. Thanks a highly satisfied client!
