I had a new door installed in April 2013. Purchased the upgrade on hardware. Did have one call for adjustment to tension as door was noisy. This May I noticed corrosion on the eight metal struts. Your office advised me to contact the manufacture. After some correspondence they agreed to replace the struts. Your office called and set up and appt and agreed to charge only the $49 ser call. Good customer serice. Work completed this a.m. Thanks

I called because my garage door was very noisy while opening/closing. Chad arrived early, explained the mechanics of the garage door and gave me options on what could be done. The source of the noise was the chain on the garage door and the springs. He changed out the garage door opener and springs, added an outdoor keypad then explained how everything worked. I am very pleased to say my garage door now opens quietly and has a lifetime guarantee!!

Service was great. Bill (Technician) was very nice and knowledgeable. Replaced springs, rollers, cables, and drums in about 1 1/2 hours. A bit pricey but received lifetime warranty so peace of mind was worth it. Highly recommend this company for garaged door service.

upon opening the garage door today,i discovered it was broken i knew the company we normally use was close on the weekend so idid a google search and found precision door and was scheduled an appointment between 6-8,well chad called me and said he could come right away,great!!! well he informed me the spring was broken and also the bearings needed to be replace he informed me of everything gave me my options,he did the work and made sure i was happy in every way he even set the opener in my new car for me,i am so happy i made that call to precision garage doors and didn't have to wait until monday!

Very dissatisfied customer. I ordered True White doors and what was installed was grey doors. I raise this issue immediately following the install and was told the grey is white. Waiting for this to be made right...

Mr. Menendez, As soon as this was brought to our attention, we stopped what we were doing and had a technician return back to your home immediatley. The new door that was installed was in fact True White. Your home has a grey trim painted around the door that is reflecting a shadow on the door. The paint color on the door is a very bright white color. Since then you decided to change the window design that was choosen and installed on your door and I believe that we have already made the changes for you. Thank you for the business and letting us work through the concerns you had. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns in the future.

I used Precision to replace the springs because they were recommended by a friend. Justin came out and he was very professional and courteous. He called prior to his arrival and completed the job very fast. Then not even a month later I had some other issues with the door and motor. Justin came out again and replaced the motor. Once again he showed up on time and called prior to his arrival. He replaced the motor with a top quality one that was way better than the cheap crap the contractor put in. He discovered some other issues with the garage door (cracks in the center) and wheels up top on the door (broken) and recommended that I replace the whole door and get a complete new setup. I took his advice and paid a little extra money for the new setup instead of spending the money just to replace the wheels and had them come out and replace everything (which I was very glad I did). Dan was the technician that day and once again he called prior to his arrival and was very professional and courteous. All the work every time was done very fast and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I love my new setup now and wished I would have done it a long time ago. There is no comparison to my old door and motor that was originally put in by the contractor. I cant even hear the door open and close now because it is so quiet. I was always worried that my old door and motor was going to fall apart, but not with the new one. I cant tell you how happy I am with the work, equipment, and employees that came out. I am a business owner myself and would definitely hire these guys to work for me. They both went out of their way to help me out. I will definitely recommended Precision to everyone that needs garage door repair work.
