Very prompt and diagnosed and fixed all in same day that I called for service. Life time warranty was a good thing to have and they even washed my door down when some lithium white grease came through to the outside that I noticed several days later. Not sure how to compare to other companies, but I like this one. Courteous also.

Called Sears twice because had a broken spring and could not get my wife's car out ( talking about motivation ) they never called me back. Called Precision late that day next thing I know ( they e-mailed me first )Bill and Brett are at my door. Thought I was seeing double ( twins ). The must professional two I have ever met. I knew this was not their first rodeo. They explain everything in simple terms, up graded my cables, rollers and springs with life time warranty. Believe it or not in a hour and a half from start to finish. I am completely satisfied and would definitively recommend to family and friends. "Great Job Bill and Brett Live Long and Prosper"

Was surprised that I actually reached a person when I called Precision Door Service on a Saturday. Previous two companies called did not pick up and went to voicemail. Was able to schedule a same day appointment. Our technician, Harold, was on time, professional and pleasant to talk to. He answered all our questions. Only 1 spring was broken; however, we chose to upgrade both to a better quality product. So far everything going well and feel confident that should an issue arise, they will be there to stand by their work.

RATING: 5 STARS: I called precision due to their detailed ad in the yellow pages. I was impressed with the pictures of the technicians as well as the short bio so I was aware of who would be coming to my home. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to choose a time period for the service call the next day. Chad came exactly within that specified period. He called first and alerted me as to when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door (springs, balancing, etc) as well as the garage door opener. He explained my options in a VERY polite, professional manner, then he proceeded to repair the parts of the door that were not operating appropriately as well as replace the garage door opener with a new system. He explained everything to me and had me practice with the door in order to answer any questions. I was very pleased with the door and the service.

The first time I called you folks it was the promise of same day service-my garage door was stuck at "half mast". Tim Van Vuren was our technician. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and he was on time. In fact, a little earlier. He was very profession, courteous and helpful. He went right to work, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I liked the same day service and that everything I wanted changed or replaced was on the truck. Precision was scheduled to be here at 9 and they showed up at 8:45. They got right to work and removed the old door and then started mounting the new railing and door. They did a great job and it looks good. Very professional and courteous. Were done in about 2 hours.

The reason I chose Precision in my purchase and installation of a new garage door was the information provided on their website and reading of the reviews from satisfied customers. Also, the person who came to give the estimate went out of his way to provide a sample of the door color we thought would match the outside of our house and repaired the original door so that it could be used until a new door could be installed. The technicians who installed the door were prompt, professional, and installed the door without any problems. The total experience with Precision was exceptional.
