I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !

More important, he listened and understood that I plan on replacing the garage door and opener in the near future; therefore, didn't want to put a lot of money into it today. Today, April 15, 2016 we had to call because our garage door would not close properly. Michael, your employee, kept me posted as to when he would be here, as his previous job took a little longer. He is a fine young man, found my problem and repaired it in a short time. He was very polite, friendly, and did a very good job correcting my problem. We recommend him very highly, as we did the former young men. It appears you have a very good group of employees. Thanks so much for such super and prompt service. I vote 5 stars.
