They literally rebuilt my garage door with new parts including springs, rollers, cables, and more - a repair that would have cost me almost $600. I totally recommend precision. My issue occurred at 6PM Friday and they came at 0800 on Saturday. Ryan the tech made the repair and then checked every moving part and made adjustments where needed. PRecision installed my new opener 2 years ago and I have been thoroughly pleased. The pricing is excellent also.

Just like to say our tech that helped us out today was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had his name was ryan lanczak he was across the street at my neighbors and I stopped him to ask him a question about my garage door not only did he stop he pulled up and came in and pointed out that my door had only one spring and needed two then explained why that was a big deal for me he actually told me why I should have two so in a short great experience so I will highly recommend you guy's to all my customers and I too am in construction so once again thank u so much for the help and the great customer service
