This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.

Precision is one of the few companies to come out on a Sunday. They were very polite, very professional & easy to work with. I called for service on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could get service within a couple of hours and was told there was no extra charge for weekend service. The service person called before coming and arrived on time. I knew the spring was broken, but he ran a check on the entire assembly, located a problem with the bearing plates and gave me a quote for the entire job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and even waived the service call fee because he had to leave for a short time to replace one of his missing tools. I will definitely use this company again if I need any service in the future. My garage door door now works better than ever!
