I am extremely satisfied with the repair and installation work completed by Technician Tommy Gatlin. I expected that all I needed was an inner slide replacement to my chain drive opener, a reoccuring problem I had experienced over the years. Tommy analyzed the root cause of my problem, discussed fully how it needed to be resolved, and promptly & efficiently completed the necessary work. I look forward to having no more problem with this issue and thank Tommy for his expertise and workmanship. I will certainly call Precision for future garage door needs and request the services of Technician Tommy Gatlin.

I called Precision this morning and they told me someone could be out between 2-4. Tommy called me a half-hour early to let me know he was coming and he was there by 2:00. Great service and my garage door is now in better shape than when I bought the house several years ago. Thank you, Tommy!

Tommy provided excellent service. He was on time, thoroughly explained the issues found, and the recommended repairs. He also completed the repairs promptly and reviewed them and the invoice once more before leaving. I can't remember when our garage door worked so smoothly and quietly. We have used you previously for our home in Deerwood. This service call was for an investment property we have acquired.The response time was excellent and Jon did an outstanding job, fixing the issue in a short time. He did a good job in trying to up-sell a new door but didn't pressure when I told him we will be waiting until we put new siding on the house. Over all a very good job.

Wow what an absolutely amazing experience thank you so much for helping us out. Long story short purchased foreclosed home and the garage door was in shambles. I searched online found precision read several review and decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. After trying two times to have my garage door serviced by the company who installed it (they supposedly sent technicians to my home twice; I haven't seen anyone yet), I found Percision through Google. I called and set up an appointment, and 5 minutes later, Percision sent me an email confirming my appointment and they also let me know what technician would be coming along with a picture (I really appreciate that). Five minutes after that, the technician called and said he was running early on his appointments and could be to my home in 15 mintues. And 45 minutes after that, my garage door was fixed. I have never experienced such awesome customer service with ANY other company providing any kind of service to my home. Chris McBee was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will surely tell everyone I know about Precision!

We were very pleased with the prompt and professional installation of our new garage door and opener. What stood out the most about Frank was his stronge ethics, which I find rare in today's society. A company is as stronge as the people it employ.
