There is no way of knowing if all service persons are as helpful, thorough and professional as Billy, but if they are this is whatever rating is above five stars. Why? My call was for service on the motors, with questions about the doors (twin garage doors). He answered the questions, explained my options and did the work right away -- very professionally -- then spent the time to patiently train me on use and maintenance. First rate!

Overhead garage door had a travel limit problem which was quickly repaired by technician Billy James. Everything was explained to us by tech as he made adjustments and repairs. He explained to us the future need for a replacement door (hurricane resistant) without trying to push any sales on us at this time. We appreciated that. We shall seriously consider replacement in the next few months. He gave us an estimate of the costs as well to replace the door. We were very happy with the service we received. (FIVE STARS)

I sent a comment earlier but I don't think it went thru. Anyway, very satisfied with Precision Garage Doors of Jacksonville. I have used 7 or 8 different garage door companies in the last 18 or so years never happy with any of them. I always feel like they are there to rip you off. I asked some of my friends for a a good garage door company and they all feel the same as I do. Anyway I as very pleased with the young man that installed my new garage door opener. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He did not pressure me on buying a more expensive model or purchasing any extra equipment, he even programmed my old door opener for me. I hope that I have found a company that I can count on for my garage door needs. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Received recommendation from a friend. We had a broken spring on a Sunday night. I called at 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning and before noon the issues where address / taken care of. Tech made other suggestions for services but all stated what did NOT need upgraded. Definitely will be calling in the future for any other issues / general servicing.

I called Precision when I was on my lunch break today around 1p.m.. Spoke with Catherine she took my information then stated that some one will be out today by 6. called to have my door adjusted and Ryan found that the drive gear on my 17 year old opener was stripping out. He replaced my unit with a new belt driven opener. He also lubed all the rollers and hinges. Now everything works smoothly and quietly. Thanks Ryan, he worked quickly and efficiently.

Came out on Memorial Day with no extra charge. The technician Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and expert at is work. Broken spring was replaced efficiently. Also had 20-year old opener replaced. Ryan make sensibe recommendations and all work was excellent. He also programmed my car's built-in remote. Ryan explained everything (operation, maintenance, safety features, warranties, etc.) clearly. I recommend Precision without hesitation.
