Garage door would not close. When Travis came out it did go up and down with no problems. Travis sprayed the tracks and garage door was working fine. Hopefully no more problems.

Chris arrived on time after I asked him for a 30 minute delay with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Garage door fixed in no time and tune-up done free of charge without asking. A tune-up normally is $45. I found Precision in the Mint Magazine and called for an estimate that I would have to get done later. I was pleasantly surprised by the bargain price and great job. Thanks

A very good experience. Sean was detailed with the options available to me and performed the work quickly and professionally. I started out with a garage door that would wake the dead and when Sean was finished, you could barely hear it. I especially like the reinforcing bracket he installed to spread the force on the door when it is operated. Good show!

What a wonderful surprise to find that I didn't have to wait for any ordering of parts to fix my squeaky door...and it took less than an hour! Is great to finally have a garage door that opens without fear of it falling off the track! Travis was most helpful in showing me the problem with pics taken on phone so I wouldn't have to climb up and look at it:) 100% satisfied with results and with the warranty!

My garage door broke late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I did some research and began to call several garage door companies which included some major names. I either did not get an answer or was told I would be contacted later. I came upon Precision while again searching the web. I called not expecting an answer and someone answered. After explaining my problem, I was told that someone would come to my home in the morning (Sunday) to check on my problem. I checked the Better business Bureau and the reviews about the company which were A+. Tim arrived on time. He looked at my door and we discussed options. He was knowledgable and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into anything. He I discussed the best option which was to replace my door and motor. He told me that they could have someone out on Tuesday to replace the door. I asked him if it would be possible to have it done the next day (Monday) because I was off from work but would have to go back on Tuesday. He made a call and set it up for Monday. Monday morning on time, Frank Cassidy arrived in uniform and driving a company truck with the company logo. After introductions and letting me know what the game plan was, he began to go to work. From time to time, I would stick my head out and ask a question. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction spending time to make sure I was satisfied. In no time, he was finished. The old door,tracks and mess were gone. I went into the garage where Frank took time to explain the operation of the door, interior opener and remotes. He also assisted me in setting the code for the exterior opener. He had me open and close the door to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. I thought this would be a big deal which it was, but the guys at Precision made the experience seen effortless. I will have no problem recommending Precision to anyone. Thanks to all involved.

It would be nice to know on your ad on your website how much is the military discount. As per the technician he said it was 5%.I purchased all new moving parts on the garage door and new springs with the lifetime warranty.

He also explained the use of a bracket that was in the garage when the house was purchased but never knew what its purpose was. He informed us about the garage door motor as well. Technician on original service call was very friendly, professional and explained in detail what our garage door problem was. Turned out we needed a new door installed; he called to check on availability and confirmed the new door was in stock and would be delivered and installed in 3 days. We also decided to replace the existing opener for better results, and a long life to both. WE LOVE OUR NEW DOOR! Can barely hear it open/close. Am sure our neighbors appreciate it as well! I would highly recommend your company to everyone who needs a new door, or just servicing!!!

Frank meets the Snake! The weather strip on the bottom of my garage door had shrunk leaving gaps at each end & a 4 to 5 foot snake decided that my garage was a nice cool place to live. I tried patching it myself, but he still kept getting in so I called Precision. Frank arrived promptly and I explained my snake problem. He inspected the door, explained the repair and quoted me a fair price. He started the work and I went in my office where I was lucky enough to be able to watch what happened because I had setup a â??snake camâ?? a few days before. I watched as Frank measured, pulled out the old weather strip and began taking off the metal track on the bottom of the door with his drill. All of a sudden I hear a loud bang, a terrifying scream and see him leap over five feet backwards. I rushed out thinking he may have been electrocuted to see him beet red, holding his heart and unable to speak. Seems that Mr. Snake was in that metal track, got mad and lunged out right in Frankâ??s face. The snake then slowly slithered down the doors track to the floor, Frank able to speak and move again grabbed a broom handle and tried to shoo the snake out of the garage, but he kept wanting to come back in. I finally (sorry PETA) grabbed a shovel and killed it. Frank finished the job, cleaned everything up and even took the dead snake away. The work was professional and first rate. This is the second time that Iâ??ve used Precision, I highly recommend them for all your garage door and snake problems!

I had my garage door refurbished in December 2012 and was very happy with the work done. It is now July the door 2013 and the door wouldn't close properly. Travis Ford made a service call and found that the eye sensors were not in alignment. He made a quick adjustment and presto the garage door was working again. I am very pleased. Thank You so much.

Tim came out and did a great job.He ended up replacing the spring/drum/cable rollers and in about a 1/10th of the time I could have done it and he did it right. He spent a fair amount of time educating me and showing me the various options for repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for the great job. I'll also be posting a review on angie's list where I found the coupon for inspection and roller upgrade . Tim is a nice guy and great at his job.

Travis our technician called Friday morning to say he would be at our house in 25 minutes and he was right on time. He introduced himself and immediately identified our broken spring and cable. He advised me on what would be best long term and the warranties that were offered. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. Their service was exceptional. I called around 8:00 in the morning and 3 hours later the garage door opener was fixed and working better and even quieter than before. The technician (Chris McBee) was friendly, extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. The service he provided was phenomenal. You should be proud to have him on your team. Sean explained what our problem was with the existing springs which were too small for the door. We purchases the 10 year rebuild package. It took three attempts to get the correct ones to balance the door. Sean was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.
