When I shut my garage door one of the springs snapped and I was unable to open my garage door. I called Precision Door Service and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They replaced the springs, and other parts that needed replacement (rollers, cables, pulleys) in less than an hour. This company is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Tim and Josh were very professional and thanks to them my garage door works perfect.

He was completely prepared with all equipment and tools necessary to complete the job. He explained the differences in my existing door and the new one, he answered all my questions and explained all functions as they related to the new garage door and its operation. 1st of all I liked that you don't charge extra for Saturday service calls. Billy McCarthy was our tech very nice man came on Saturday saw right away what problem was but he didn't have parts on his truck to do repair he said he could go back to the shop and get what he needed I thought that was great for him to offer but it was late in the day and I didn't need the garage over the weekend. He came back Monday morning had everything replaced in about an hour. I would recommend you folks to friends of mine you definitely get 5 stars for your service. Oh I chose your company because you were listed first when I googled garage door companies plus very good reviews and coming on the weekend for no extra charge.

Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. These guys are the best!!!! Not the cheapest but I am more then willing to pay a little extra for quality work. They stand behind their product 100%. If there is ever a need for a service call they respond either the same day or the next day. I highly recommend them.
