The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with - very professional.

Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense. Both technicians were wonderful-Gilbert and Mike. So refreshing to have a business that still believes in costumer satisfaction! We highly reccomend Precision!

Technician (Gilbert Brown) arrived early (called first to make sure) and was VERY proficient. My garage door sounded like it was about to tear itself off the wall. A home warranty service provider had installed the wrong (too "strong") spring, so Billy put on the right size. Then he replaced the clunky cheap metal rollers with nice quiet ones, realigned the post (the bar going from the motor to the door). It works like a champ now and is much quitter. Very pleased.
