Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. The door of course now works smoothly and quietly. 5 stars.

After using the door opener for about a month I've found the unit isn't the quality of the one I repaced. Primarily in that the signal is weaker. I also felt the installer was not that helpful in making sure the whole opening device was operating at its max proficiency.

Josh was excellent. you should work to keep him happy. I did call around the "do not reply" email and you should hear from your phone person that Id like the warranty clarified as 1 year on parts and labor. Painfully for us both I have done an amount of construction and service work and your added disclaimers could be construed to reduce that warranty to 90 days. please clarify the warranty is 12 months, an email is fine. Thank you.

My technician was vary professional and did really good work. Start to finish 18 min. But $266.46 to put a cable back on and adjust the pulley was vary overpriced.

I was about to leave for an appointment and the garage would only open by a foot. I went online to check what could be the problem and its a broken spring. I called Precision and was told the earliest they could send a technician is tomorrow. I pleaded for someone to come since I am stuck in the house. Hooray!!! they were able to send someone to fix the garage door. Gilbert Brown was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, what my options were to rectify the problem. He was very professional and well mannered!!! Also, I would like to mention my first contact with Precision was with Jason, he was very helpful! I am very thankful for him going an extra mile to accommodate my request of same day service. I chose Precision because of their excellent ratings!

Precision Garage Door was recommended by my bro-in-law who had a new door replacement a few years ago and has NOT had a problem. My project was to replace existing motor and replace springs. The technician actually called to see if he could come earlier than appt. and we agreed. He finished project in about 1 1/2 hrs.
