Totally professional, from initial call response, to timely arrival, scope of service through execution, explanations and invoicing per quotation. I hope the quality of parts equals the quality of service, only time will tell on that.

I am Very Very Pleased with the response time and the workmanship performed! You do not realize the importance of your garage door until it doesn't work.... I called Precision Door Service off of a sticker on my neighbors garage door from a previous service call he had and they had a repair man at my house within 2 hours. His workmanship was done in a speedy and professional time frame. I recommend this company for any and all of your garage door needs!

After 34 years of a garage door opener, it decided to give up today (Saturday). We called Precision Door as well as others and they responded and showed up on time. After confirming the dead opener, Frank our technician, installed a new one. He was very knowledgeable and had a new opener installed within an hour. He went over everything with us and I was pleased with the product and the install. Pricing was competitive, but the service was incredible. I would give this job five stars. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

I would like to state my appreciation for Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for their prompt, courteous and professional service and attitude. Wes, the technician who worked on our door, was outstanding. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and did a tremendous job. It was clear that he takes great pride in his workmanship and his company. We were scheduled for between 8 AM and 10 AM and he actually called me at around 7:40 and was at our house within 10 minutes. After examing the door he and I decided on the Gold Package with the powder coated stainless steel springs. He also replaced our weather seal along the bottom. Total time was less than 2 hours and we could not be happier. I very highly recommend Precision, especially Wes, to anyone that needs any kind of garage door work. this was done on the morning of 11-6-2018

I was given an outrageous estimate for installation of garage door panels. I was also told someone would call me the next day to schedule an appointment for repairing my door. No one CALLED and the lady who took my call initially told me everything that you guys could do, when the tech came out to assess the damage HE IN RETURN TOLD ME EVERYTHING THE COMPANY COULDN'T DO!! THIS IS VERY STRANGE BECAUSE I'VE HAD THIS COMPANY TO DO SOME REPAIR WORK FOR ME BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT AND EFFECIENT THE TEAM DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE "HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED"!

I will never use this company again. I was not able to be at home for the service tech so my adult daughter took my place. The tech was rude, argumentative and insulting. I assumed my parts were under warranty from 2 yrs ago. Don’t believe it. The tech said everything needed to be replaced. This was done 2 yrs ago.

This is the second time I used Precision for my garage door needs. Both times the repair person was out here quickly and they were able to diagnose the problem. Whatever was needed for the repair, was on their truck, allowing them to get right to the repair. I’m delighted with their ability and desire to help their customers.

Your tech, Alan, called in advance, just like I had requested he do as he was heading to our house. He stated that he was running 'early', and actually asked if it was okay to arrive prior to his scheduled appointment time. (You are sitting down reading this, right?!?) Once he arrived and surveyed the problem (broken spring), he called me back with two estimates; one with a cheaper alternative in cost. I'm the one who chose the higher priced spring, not Alan, with the longer warranty. Within the hour, he and his helper were done, door tested, and verified everything was in good working order. All of the broken materials had been removed, and the area had been swept. These type repairs are never budgeted for, nor are they cheap by any means, but when you receive the options up front, and the service provided by your company every step of the way, it makes spending this amount of money on a garage door repair that much more palatable. Thanks for providing myself and my wife today a truly pleasurable Customer Service experience!

This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service. Very professional and responsive. Called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on Wednesday to check an opener that wasn't working. The old unit couldn't be fixed (an apparent power surge from a lightening storm) so Jeff installed a new opener with sensors, keypad, wall switch and remotes. The new opener is much more quiet than the old. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Precision.

I chose Precision because I used them years ago (possibly 2005). Can't remember what they did, but never had a problem afterwards. Found that old paperwork, got the name, Precision, and knew who that's who I wanted to call. Ryan Smith was totally awesome. Good, hard worker and totally polite, which you don't always find. Thank you all for having a great company! Adina Ford

Service was prompt and courteous. Noisy garage door is now quiet. New springs and other critical parts give us peace of mind with a lifetime warranty.
