Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!

Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

Our garage door became inoperable at a time when we were moving and really needed it to work, as our car was trapped in the garage! Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless.
