I placed a call first thing this morning, they gave me a time frame from 1400-1600. Not only were they able to give me a same day appt. the tech showed up 30 minutes and had our garage fixed and in use with in 30 minutes.

Mike is definitely 5+ stars in professionalism, product knowledge, & install/service expertise! On the other hand, your products are a little too overpriced, I think - It must be the consequences for buying a lifetime warranty. 250$ each for springs?.. 90$ for a pair of cables?... and so on!. So in my opinion, I can only offer you a 3- stars in cost-effectiveness. Because of your service quality, I will definitely consider you again in the future. Thank you!

I called to have someone come to my home to give me recommendations for a new upgraded garage door opener. Alan came out and 1 1/2 hours later I have a fantastic new garage door opener that I love. And it's so quiet! Alan was great, knows what he is doing, is professional, fast, and was patient explaining the new technology. Thank you for this excellent service!

Unable to contact my previous overhead business. As a result, checked names on computer and found Precision Door had excellent rating. Appointment made on 2/25/2020 @ 10:45 and received service same day @ 3:45. The representative knew exactly what to do. Changed a hinge that was broken, put roller back in frame and was on his way. Very pleased and will use this business in the future.
