I used another garage door repair service earlier this year, and the tech came, installed the universal remote, programmed the keypad, and left all within 10 minutes and charged me $100. I was very disappointed. Cody was a delight when he came and fixed the issues with my garage doors. He was patient and explained everything to me…even gave me the steps to program the remote if it went on the fritz again. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Ryan provided excellent customer service. He was prompt,courteous, experienced and highly effective. You could tell that providing real customer service mattered to him. He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well. Happy to recommend him for outstanding service and am very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door Services. Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.

This company is awesome! I called Precision after 8 PM this past week for an issue with the garage door at my wife's house and they were there the next day! It turned out to be a simple fix and they took care of it with professionalism and certaintl. I had used Precision many years ago and was happy with their service so when my remotes, rollers and springs failed I called them first. Tim explained the options for repairs vs. replacement very thoroughly and I chose replacement. I would highly recommend Precision to have your garage door operate like new again. My rating is 5.
