My son actually arranged for the service and it was scheduled between 4-6pm, 23April; tech called for an earlier time and that worked out even better. He was on time, explained everything thoroughly and showed me the options for the repair. Overall, great customer service! I'd definitely recommend Precision... Thank You SO much!

Our garage door had been acting up for a little while and finally it just died on us last night. I knew it wasn't good when I saw some pieces flying off of it and knew that it was going to be to much for me to even consider trying to work on it. I had heard some good things about Precision Garage Doors from some neighbors and called them the next morning. Wow, got an appointment for that afternoon and the Service Tech Tim Van Vuren and his asst were on time, explained what they were going inspect and give me options on what the issue is and what is needed. Well they went at it after I told them what little I could tell them that had happened. They diagnosed the problem, we decided how to correct the problem as a team and the went to work to fix the problems. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and went over everything that was done to correct our issue, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone whom needs service or a new garage door installed or repaired. OH and I would request Tim & his assistant !

So the reason for my 2 star rating is because I was in a desperate need. I needed a hinge replaced. When I inquired the receptionist said it would be $25 for a hinge and my service call would be waived if service was done. I removed the old hinge myself but couldn’t put a new one on. So when the young man got here he assed the situation and said I needed a whole new door. WHAT!!! I explained my job situation due to the COVID19 and I just needed to get buy for right now. No money for a whole new door. He said no way to put on new hinge. I asked if he could just put on the old hinge he said NO. I needed a hero right then. Not a $1000 bill. I called a friend who was able to send someone to fix the situation. Lubricate it and align it. All for a couple dollars. It’s as good as new. I will never refer or suggest Pricision. So sad in a time of need.

My garage door spring snapped and garage door motor caused additional damage since it didn’t stop trying to open door right away. We called precision garage doors about lunch time and they were able to send guys out that same afternoon to take a look at the damage and provide repair recommendations. I needed a whole new door with new tracks and hardware. Precision was able to get the installers out two days later thanks to a quicker than expected permitting process. The installers were professional and did a great job. I was very impressed with the every aspect of the entire process. I would definitely use precision garage doors again and recommend them to anyone.

Your technicians were great with the recent original two-garage door instal. But my wife called for recent problem with one of our doors and the technician came right out as scheduled and immediately resolved the issue. We think that Precision and your Techs are great!!

I just had a new garage door opener installed today. Allen was my tech and he did an amazing job. He did not even take an hour and he replaced the spring as well. He was very personable and professional. He explained things in laymen’s terms so I could understand. I would highly recommend this business for your garage door needs. We have used Precision Door before. Tim and his trainee, Tom, were both very professional and did a great job, adhering to CDC guidelines. We only needed a tune-up today, but Tom educated us on new garage doors and garage door openers. When we decide to replace either item, we will ask for Tim and Tom again. They were both very respectful and an asset to your company.

Precision repaired a door opener previously for me. Another opener needed a minor adjustment prior to the sale of my home, and I called Precision because of the stellar service I received before. The tech came out the same day I called and made the minor adjustment. I was grateful for his expertise and quick service. He came to the house within the 2-hour widow the dispatcher gave, and called when he was on his way. Couldn't ask for better service. Good company and good people.
