Excellent service! Overhead springs broke, door would not open. Called Precision, they were here, less than 30 minutes. My 20 year old system was on it's last leg. I’m a customer for life. About six months ago they replace the broken door lift springs and worn out rollers. Today they replaced a failing door opener. They offered same day service for both repairs, we declined. However both times they were there the first thing the next day. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, completed the task quickly and did a good cleanup. The price was reasonable and the products are well made. When I bought the house the door had a couple of dings in it. When I decide to replace it I know who to call.

From my initial call for service to the tech saying thank you while walking away my experience was an A+. More or less woke up to a broken spring, garage door non-operable. 7:50 am placed a call to a very professional person answering and scheduling calls. Within 10 minutes had an intro call from tech with eta. Wes, tech, arrived by 8:30, very professional and attentive to everything including social distancing etc. My options and needs were explained, work commenced. Wes did his thing, showed confidence and professionalism in his efforts which made me feel very comfortable with the action plan. While don’t don’t want the need to call Precision back, I will not hesitate. Wes is a significant asset to the company. Thank for treating a customer with the highest of professionalism.

I now have had the opportunity to use Precision twice and both times I have received excellent service beginning with initial phone call I made to Precision regarding repair service on my garage overhead door. Extremely disappointing. We made a call and explained that our learn code for the garage door is not working and it is a overhead garage door opener. The garage door is functioning absolutely fine and has only one remote working. We just wanted to program second remote and needed the learn button to function to program the same If the learn code cannot be fixed, it cannot be fixed and at that time someone could have simply told us the replacement of the garage door is 100% necessary for the another remote to function as it can surely not be fixed. The Frustration I am feeling is that I ended up paying for the service call which we did not needed in the first place had someone been honest with us. The tech never even touched the motor and just looked at it and told us it cannot be fixed. It was less than 15 second conversation, 3 minutes to receive a new garage door estimate and it took myself 2 minutes to prepare the check. This is not how truly honest and ethical companies work to grow the business. In this day and age of social media and reviews the references are a must and that is how we chose the company in the first place. Pros: They showed up 1 hour after the call.

Truly outstanding service. Even though I was not home (there was another adult at the house) during this repair, the technician called me and thoroughly explained the problems with my at least 14 year old garage door system (I knew these issues were there, but he explained anyway so that I would have a clear understanding of the problems at hand). He further explained what would or could happen if I deferred any repairs because of the worn and torn shape of the current system. In just a matter of an hour or so, he had replaced the springs, rollers, bearings and other hardware that would help keep the garage door working for a long time. Very Professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

I chose your company from the website. I called to see if an appointment today was possible. The spring(s) in our door were broken and the car was in the garage.
