Even though it was a different employee that met our needs he was obviously well trained. Robert took one look and was able to accurately diagnose our problem with our garage door. This is why I recommend Precision Door to anyone needing their services. Paul Mills

Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. I'd recommend them for anyone with an issue with their garage door opener.

Precision was recommended to me by 2 people and I'm glad I called. Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He went over what was needed, the very reasonable costs, and he was finished with the repair quickly. I highly recommend Precision and will be calling them the next time I need garage door service or repair. Absolutely perfect. Thank you!!

A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.

I am the assistant of a local property manager and we regularly call Precision Door Service for assistance with our properties for several reasons: they are always on time (if not early), their quotes are reasonable, the technicians are knowledgeable, over the past three years I have not had to recall a technician to a home for any reason!

My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.

I called today to schedule an appointment. I was anticipating that it would take a few weeks to get an appointment for a nonemergency but the tech arrived within the hour. He was fantastic. He replaced two garage door openers for us and fixed a third that I completely screwed up. He was exceptional. I have a garage door contractor for as long as I live in Jacksonville! Thank you.
