I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!

I have to say I am honestly blown away at the service I received from this company. My husband and I bought a house with a 3-car garage. The doors were not working properly. I called Precision simply expecting to get on their schedule for an inspection/repair. Nope....much better. A service guy actually arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired the doors. Tim Van Vuren arrived at my home in less than an hour after I called. Precision was recommended by my neighbor. My garage door was partly closed and had completely stopped after several days of problems. Tim was all the things a company cooked want from an employer. He carefully analyzed my problems and explained to me what he was seeing. He saw that my door was installed almost 30 years ago. The motor had to be replaced, we decided to replace major parts to give us a new unit. We only kept the door itself. Tim worked until it was working perfectly and even pushed out a car that wouldn't start. Every company would like to be represented by employees like Tim.

My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.
