Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.
