I chose this company for garage door service due to door not going all the way up or down. My neighbor recommended them as they had trouble last year. This neighbor is very studious in researching businesses so I trusted her decision and the service they received. The service representative was so attenative, reviewed all parts of the door and made sure all was working properly. He was very polite, engaging and professional, truly a great experience having him here to service us via this company.

Wow, these folks are great! I called because the motorized garage door stopped working. They had technicians out the same day, and it turned out to be a major job--15 year old system, very heavy doors, lots of worn out parts that made the doors very noisy to operate. Four hours later and we had two new door openers, all remotes synched, doors balanced, and a completely quiet operation. Our techs, led by Tim, were professional, polite, knowledgeable, hard-working, helpful, and just got it done! Just excellent service at a reasonable price.

After reading the reviews of Precision Door Service, I decided to give the company a try today. I had them do general maintenance on my door & to replace the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. And I’m sure happy I did. The technician Frank called to let me know when he would be arriving at my house, he was on time, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The repairs were done and the entire service call exceeded my expectations! Finally a company who provides great service with well trained technicians! OUTSTANDING WORK! Dalton was at my house within 5 minutes of me making the service call. He was professional, courteous & very cautious not to damage my cars that were in the garage. He made sure the door operated properly when done with the spring replacement. His work was spot-on, he knew the proper springs to replace the broken ones (as the old spring were not the proper tensions). Again, outstanding job I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or installation.

Our 37 year old garage door cable and bracket broke on Sunday afternoon. We called and Michael was here by 10 am on Monday! He figured out the problem and replaced both brackets and cables. He was personable and low key. He didn’t try to upcharge us on additional services. He told us we didn’t need them. He showed us the broken and decayed parts and completed the job expertly. I cannot thank the Precision team and Alan enough. From my initial call, which was after standard business hours, through the repair itself, I had a terrific experience with Precision. The person who took my call was extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised that I got a "live" person on the phone during evening hours. The technician came the next morning, reviewed my options for repair, and had it all quickly taken care of. Alan explained all of the details to me, was transparent about the pricing, gave me options, and went through what his plan was for the repair. When he was done, he discussed everything he did, reviewed the itemized invoice, and made sure I was satisfied. I cannot thank this team enough for coming to my rescue so promptly, pleasantly, and professionally. We had a broken spring on our garage door which was covered under warranty. Roberto arrived on-time and called prior to arrival to update us. He was very professional and explained the process of replacing the spring. He completed the job quickly. The warranty repair process was a breeze. My first time using this company, did some online research and like what I saw. Called on Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Reggie was our tech, called and said he could come out earlier and I said that would be great, our spring broke but after he did a safety check, which I have never seen before, we need new rollers, cables, drums and bearing, took a package that was good for us, plus a Ten Year Warranty, so so glad I used this company!! Oh, and Reggie finished in record time, only an hour and half, don't know how he does this all day long, God bless him!!

We chose Precision based on the ratings and testimonies of other customers. We called at 10:00 am to have our broken garage door springs replaced and we had a technician at our house at 12 noon. Replaced both springs at my request and the job was completed prior to 1:00pm. Phillips Jeremiah was our service technician. He was pleasant, respectful and very efficient. We received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival that he would be here at noon and he was right on time. Additionally the cost to perform the spring replacement was extremely reasonable. When choosing Precision you can feel confident that the job will be well done. I give Precision a 5 Star rating. They are the very Best of the Best.
