5 STARS! While visiting my elderly mother from Indiana I had Precision check out the deplorable condition of her garage door. The door sounded like it was ripping apart every time it opened. Kody Hohman was the technician who came and explained the problem. I decided to replace the old opener and springs so mom wouldn't have any concerns about the door. The initial sticking problem continued after the new install and Kody was very attentive and I think went above and beyond to get it fixed. I called him a few times on his personal cell phone and he was always available and courteous. Highly recommend Precision and Kody!

Sean Smith was very courteous and friendly. He arrived right after he called to let know he was on his way. He inspected my door and opener and suggested some options for me. Needless to say he fixed my opener and re-taped some wires and replaced all my rollers in about an hour. Outstanding job.
