Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. I hope his bosses see this review.

Great service from Precision. If you are looking for a garage door, please stop here first. This company is very customer service oriented, and by the way very reasonable compared to others. They care about the customers on every level. We were provided a new garage door and I have nothing, but positive to say at this time. The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with - very professional.
