He called in advance of arriving to let us know when he would arrive and he arrived well within the time window given to us. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as we purchased our garage door opener from them and they have performed tune-up services for us before and since that time. Our garage door opener and peripheral equipment all work well and the door is very quiet.

I needed a new garage door and opener. Called Precision since I had seen your commercials and I live near you. You took my call on Saturday which was great. Service call to check the door was prompt and technician was very courteous and knowledgable. Garage door and opener were replaced in two days by two great technicians. Only took them a couple of hours. They were both great guys and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the work they did and they even cleaned up afterward. I wish the price was a little higher than I expected but I understand how costs are rising and that garage doors are sometimes hard to get. I will be calling you again for anything I may need in the future.
