I appreciated that my technician was exactly on time for my appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was experiencing clearly. He was very efficient in completing the needed repairs. When the job the was completed, he also gave me some clear tips for maintaining the life of my garage door. He also did not attempt to sell me extra parts/repairs that I did not need. Some of my old equipment was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty there.
