I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.

Impressive and responsive service! Riley Holloway, the technician dispatched to address my concern was on time. After conducting a thorough assessment, Riley provided me with a few different options. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he proceeded with replacing the springs, replacing rollers, cables, and other worn out components, and conducted general basic maintenance on the garage door. He was honest, extremely hard working, detail focused, and highly efficient. I found the Precision Door Service team to be very professional from the time the call center took my call through until the end when the work was performed and my garage door was fixed. My garage door was screeching and making a loud click sound when opening. The tech replaced the rollers and went above and beyond fixing the main drive shaft. The previous owner added a steel shaft on the end to allow the door to open. The tech removed this piece, realigned the shaft connecting everything to its original place and voila, my garage door opens perfectly! When I get in my car and open the door I have to look and see the door is all the way up, I can't hear it moving!

I had a broken spring and Precision came out right away and got it fixed and working great. The service rep was very knowledeable and tested serval times and made some adjustments. Sad that I could not use the $30 off coupon in the Mint magazine as they said the service call fee was waived..if I am getting service there should not be a service call fee anyway as I told them up front I was doing the repair.
