It was a great service experience from start to finish. My garage door needed repair after hitting an object. I was able to get in touch with someone on a Sunday afternoon. The scheduler quickly pulled up my information and booked an appointment for 12 to 2 the next day. The tech came out right on time. He was very polite and helpful, and he identified the problem immediately. He explained that it would be a quick fix - and it was. Done in 20 minutes! He further explained nuances of the door opener motor and verified mine was in decent shape and what to look for in terms of its future expectancy. The price was very reasonable for getting such fast and quality work. Thank you Precision!

We have used Precision Door twice. This last time was for a Garage Door Repair (door sensor quit working) and the first time was a Broken Garage Door Spring Repair. Both time they were very quick to respond and complete our repairs. Not only would we recommend Precision Door, we would most certainly use them again if needed.

Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. We were also able to take advantage of the senior discount offered by the company. Thank you!

I would like to say that these guys are the best. Alan was extremely thorough and showed me everything he was talking about. I would also like to say I called to try and get someone to fix my door and I no sooner came into the kitchen after calling and I received a call that the tech was on the way. What a response !! Its almost as if they were sitting in my driveway waiting on the call. WELL DONE Precision Door.

We used Precision in our previous home and were always pleased with the service- prompt, courteous, and thorough. They never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Today was no exception. Dalton was here promptly;y at 8:00 to do our garage door tune up. He did the service and was honest with me about the fact that our garage door was in good shape. He also shared with me how to maintain it. We will always call on Precision for our garage door needs.

So I bought this house six months ago it was built in 1972 I believe they change the garage door once 30 years ago. I came home for lunch drove in my garage and when I push the button to close the garage half of it fell off the hinges. I called around to A few neighbors and two of them gave me precision number. I called some other numbers as well and no one could come out the same day next week they’ll call me back. Etc. etc. etc. I called precision and the woman said she’ll have a technician out there in 20 to 30 minutes. Alan came in 20 minutes. Very professional easy to talk with explain what needs to be done in lay terms. He gave me a couple of estimates. Gave me time to think it over and call my dad. And we came up with a plan. I also received a military discount. And he took care of it he had everything he needed on the truck. I was very very very impressed. He also told me they usually do same-day services. So that’s where my five star rating comes from.
