From the initial phone call until the truck left my house, this company has figured out that customer service and a professional staff are important. Excellent and fast service. I don't like for repair representatives to push the sale of not needed items. Never was I pressured to buy things I didn't need. Chad educationed me on the system and mentioned things that may in time have issues. However, he didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I don't need. I was expecting the sale pitch. When I got simply good quality service, it made glad that I called a well branded company like Percision. Would recommend Percision to anyone having garage door issues.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision. Within a few hours of calling for service, Wes the technician was here to diagnose and fix my problem. He installed a new garage door opener, explaining in detail the operation of my new opener and all the new great features I didn't have with my old out-of-date and broken opener. You chose the right man when you employed Hayden who maintained a professional, cordial and personable manner during a challenging repair situation which presented a number of consecutive issues. He adjusted the door limits replaced the motor with one that itself was defective and had to be replaced, resolved a wiring problem, and changed out the chain system with a belt/track apparatus that resolved a different problem. Always maintaining a good sense of humor and a cordial professionalism, he was an outstanding representative of your company. Congratulations!

Our main garage door opener failed us on Friday before the July 4th Holiday weekend. I found Precision covered our area and called and got a same day appointment. The tech Frank was fantastic with the installation of a new opener and had us back in business in short order. Both of our doors were programmed in with both of our vehicles and the remotes. I would recommend Precision highly from my experience and Frank was great to have complete the replacement.

What great friendly service from Wesley the tech! I called to have my springs replaced on a SATURDAY and Precision came the same day and unbelievably amazing they called and were able to make it an hour earlier than their appointment which I very much appreciated. He also checked all door components to make sure they were working correctly and lubricated everything. I would definitely recommend Precision and I will be using them for many future needs.

We had used Precision in the past and always had great service and good advice on products and needed service. Our door wasn't operating properly (gaps on one side and making noise when opening and closing). I called precision at 1:00 and was advised they would be there between 2:00 and 4:00 same day. I got a call saying when they would be there at 3:00. The service by the Precision team was perfect. They made adjustmenst, lubricated all that need it and were done promptly all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Precision.
