Our tech was Frank Cassidy and he was terrific. We called the office to request service at 4 p.m. and he was at our house that evening. He fixed the door in less than an hour. spring broke on garage door Repair person here in less than 1 hr, put new spring on in less than 1 hr, and I was on my way. They also answered their phone with a human being immediately and gave me an estimated time for the repairman to show up, and then the repairman called when he was on the way. Ryan called and asked if it was okay to come early. He was professional,courteous and efficient. I needed my keypad replaced and two remotes for the cars. Very happy with the service I received. I called in the morning and Sean came out in the afternoon and my garage door has never performed better.
