I had the pleasure of Billy coming to fix my garage door. He inspected it and had me come out to show what the cause of the issue is as well as what could be done to prevent further issues as the components are pretty old and time, use and salt air has taken it's toll. I ended up going with a bundle package and Billy was able to complete it all during the first call and very quickly. He brought me out again to walk thru what he did and provided helpful maintenance tips. In all, I was impressed by the responsiveness, the knowledge, fair and honest assessment and how incredible polite and professional Billy was during his visit. The garage door is so quiet now it's like we have installed a new one! I would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone.

Just fantastic service. My technician, Tim, was super experienced and confidently explained the system recommendation in terms of lasting value—which helped me justify the cost. Same day was also a blessing to check off the list of things to do! When completed, my door never sounded so quiet or operated so smoothly. I actually look forward to opening it each morning! Previous satisfied customer brought me back when I had a part problem. Service the same day as I called, here on time and went right to work solving my problem. Came prepared. Inquired if I wanted a quote on a new door due to the age and previous problems. Gave me a ball park which is all I wanted at the time. When it's time for replacement, I will call Precision and continue to use them in the meantime when I have a need.

The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.

We are returning customers to Precision and we have never been disappointed. This time was to replace the backup battery. I called on Monday and they had someone out to replace it the next day. They also check everything else over while they are here. I like the fact that they send an email introducing the service person that will be coming out including his picture. Then they call when they are on the way and if for some reason they have to be late they let you know .

I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my "what if" scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.
