Mr. Roberts - Thank you for the feedback. I am aware of the situation. I understand that this process was a little more than the normal. We arrived at your property at the time that was scheduled by you and could not get in touch with you. That caused us to have to leave the property and for you to have to reschedule at a time that you would be available. I apologize if this was a little frustrating, however I am sure that you can understand that we can not go into a home and make repairs without authorization. Again, thank you for your feedback and please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

He explained all of his findings , offered me a better model at a reasonable price this is my third rental property that we have used your services for. I think I did miss your spring time special for free service charge on Wednesday but was offered a $15 credit towards my account thank you great service

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

My garage door spring popped this morning and since I have used Precision in the past, I gave them a call again. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours. Tim was our technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to do the repair in about an hour or so and did a great job. This is my second time dealing with Precision. I purchased a brand new door from them earlier this year for one of my back yard storage buildings. I was so happy with their service that when a different building had issues with the garage door opener I did not hesitate to call Precision. They came out today, charged me just for the service call and figured out within five minutes that it was a loose wire that went to my sensors. He fixed the side that was loose, checked the rest of the wires while he was here, also showed me how to get the remote opener open so I could change the battery. He was on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and was quick to find and repair the problem. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if I need service or to replace a door or opener.

Communication between customer, scheduler, customer service and technicians is a nightmare. I got 9 emails about the same job. Had to make 4 phone calls and occupied my entire day on a very simple repair. I don’t want this posted but - I hope the management looks at this they’re the problem. The employees are actually nice.
