At 8:00AM I discovered my garage door was not closing properly. At 8:30AM I called Precision Door and asked for help. At 11:30AM the Precision Door technician arrived. By 12:30 the problem was fixed, and the door was all checked out and lubed. In my opinion it was fast service done well.

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.

We bought a home recently with a Precision garage door opener. Today I scheduled an appointment to have a new keypad installed and to purchase three new remotes. I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.
