Excellent service all around. Alan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a thorough examination of the garage door and recommended what needed to be done. My door is old and needed a lot of updating which I thought might take hours. To my surprise, the work was completed in a short time period and works perfectly. I will highly recommend Precision to all my friends and family. Thank you for a job very well done.

I just had two new garage door openers installed by Mr. Josh Simmons. Josh arrived on time and was courtesy during the entire installation. He was willing to answer all my questions about the installation, warranty, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even spent time reviewing and showing me how everything works. You should be very proud to have gentleman of this caliber working for your company. Being a retired Police Captain from Miami-Dade, I understand very well the complements of an employee by a customer. I thank you Josh and wish you nothing but the best. Technician Josh Simmons was wonderful. Very professional and personable, he went above and beyond to get two garage door openers installed. We had one existing opener which wasn’t working and I planned on replacing, but first he tried to see if maybe it could just be repaired. It wasn’t fixable so he installed a new opener that is so quiet! Opens and closes so smoothly! Meanwhile, our second garage door had no opener but the previous owners of our house had left a new (well, remanufactured according to the box) opener which we’d never installed. I asked Josh to install it, which he said he could do, there just wouldn’t be any warranty. He spent a long time trying to get that opener to work for me but it just wouldn’t operate properly. At this point he’d been working on this door for a really long time and I felt so bad since it was starting to get dark and he hadn’t had dinner! I asked him if we could just install a new opener instead. I said he could come back another day or whatever worked best for him. He called his supervisor and then told me he would stay and do the new installation. Of course, first he had to totally remove the one he’d just spent so long putting up! The new opener works as wonderfully as the other side does and is amazingly quiet as well. Even though we spent a lot more money than I planned to when I first made the call to Precision Door, it was worth it in the end and Josh made the whole experience a good one!

I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke with the owner Jason Sheppard. I told him about my problem with my garage door and he had someone out to my house later that afternoon. Mr. Sheppard was very helpful and polite. When the technician, Michael showed up to my house he diagnosed the problem. showed me the defective piece of equipment and quickly fixed my problem. He also took the time to give me some tips on running my garage door more smoothly to help extend the life of my garage door and opener. I was VERY pleased with the excellent service I recieved from Precision Doors and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.

Gilbert, the technician called and arrived during the arranged time frame. He was courteous and professional while he conducted his evaluation of the issue with the opener. He explained the options, given the age of the existing opener/motor. He worked efficiently and finished the installation of the new opener in approximately one hour. Then he explained the features of the new opener and how to operate it, as well as the warranty on the equipment. I felt he did the best job he could have done, and I appreciate doing business with a company that meets and exceeds my expectations,

Austin called prior to arriving, I called for a repair because I left something in the track and shut the door. It couldnt be repaired. Austin didnt pressure me into buying a new door but I purchased one anyway. Price for replacement door, hardware, install, and garage door opener very reasonable.

Based on the numerous outstanding recommendations on Angie's List, we decided to give Precision a call. We were not disappointed and give Precision our highest recommendation. All three technicians (Austin Mattes, Nick Exendine, Billy) were extremely courteous and professional. Austin did a great job explaining the problems with our garage door and repairing it, as well as providing us with information about the products Precision offers. Because the system was so old, we were interested in replacing it. Nick and Billy came later that afternoon to show us door samples and answered all our questions regarding the replacement process.
