prior garage door companies were great disappointment. I found your co on the web and gave it a shot. Glad I did.as I have had your people out three times and had you replace the motor and chain rail along with the chain. Each vist has been good and I am a happy customer.

Very friendly and professional. The box below does not list the service performed. The service performed was an annual maintenance I like to have done to insure everything is working properly.

Fast response, had a tech onsite in less than 24 hours. Brian R. diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and helped us understand the options for repair. He was skilled and capable in his work, and just as importantly he was friendly and personable. My son popped out to see and Brian took a moment to say hi and answer an 8 yr old's questions on how the door worked. Hard to find people who are good at the job while knowing how to work with people. Great service all around. I will recommend you to anyone who needs garage door repairs or install. Brian, congrats on the soon to be new addition to your family! I wish you continued success in your future.

Called pretty late in the day for an appointment. Thought it would be next day for service. But as they stated 2 hours timeline which was great. Riley called and asked if he could come earlier than my 4 to 6 window. He did, and was very professional and pleasant. Sorry it was so hot in there. He told me what I needed and got to it. Thank you so much! Nice to find there are still good honest companies. Will certainly pass your number on.

Riley did an excellent job repairing and reprogramming our garage door . Riley had to return a second time to the house as we weren’t there, for I missed his call. He was polite and courteous in spite of the inconvenience that he had to make a second trip to the house in order to meet with me. Job well done. Ralph Parks

Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.
