I called this morning and by noon it was done! I had a broken spring on the door. They replaced the spring and some parts, all present on their truck. Simple and didnt gouge. I had a coupon they honored, and they offered several package options that saved money. I am very happy with their representative and the service we received.

I have a 7ft door and a 8ft track was used now my bracket is at a 30 degree angle , I think that is a lot of stress on the bracket, I don’t like it.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Michael and Precision Door Service. The service I received was professional and complete -- all around. Michael was prompt and professional. He listened to me about the issue I was having with my door. He then explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix the issue, and then completed the fix to eliminate the door's issue. He then gave me some helpful information about the general condition of my door and some maintenance actions I could take to keep it in good working condition.

I called Michelle after spending more than an hour with google trying to add a car remote to my LiftMaster garage door opener. She assured me that I didn’t need to get back on the ladder for a model number as she had access to all that was needed to get my door issues solved since Precision had done the original installation. She also advised me that there would be a minimum of $98 service call to get my system running again. Jeremiah, the technician called me about an hour before my appointment time and said that if it was convenient, he could be there 30 minutes early. That was great with me and at the original time, Jeremiah was finished with fixing everything. Turns out I needed a new remote and a new wall controller which totaled slightly more than the minimum charge which was removed. I couldn’t be any more impressed than I was with both Michelle and Jeremiah. Jerimiah was very knowledgeable and gladly explained to me everything he was doing. He is very professional and efficient. Next time, I will call Precision first and save time and money.

When my ten year old garage door opener started being unreliable, I went on NextDoor to ask for recommended contractors. 90% of the recommendations were for Precision and I am so glad I listened to the reviewers. Making the appointment was so easy - scheduled for next day at a time of my choosing. My tech, Tim VanVuren, was great. He texted me when he was on his way, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant - great style. He was candid in his appraisal of the ways to address the problem. I replaced the dying unit with a Genie Pro 3120 and also replaced virtually all of the other hardware, cables, rollers, etc. The new opener works great and is unbelievably quiet. My experience with Precision from start to finish was definitely 5 Star!

We called Precision on a Sunday when the garage door broke and they set an appointment for Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 and they were here on time and did a great job on the garage door. I have used Precision before for garage door work. They are honest knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I thought my garage door may of been out of balance, so I call Precision, and the next day George came out, and checked everything out. While he was hear I had him replace my rubber bottom molding because after 27 years it had shorten quite a bit, allowing unwanted rodents into my garage. George completed the job in about 30 minutes. I will call Precision in the future if I have any more issues with the garage door. Thank you Precision !!
