My OVERALL experience with Precision is a 5!!! They had a wonderful secretary who was professional and had answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Michael fixes our door with the cheapest and best solution, even applying a coupon to help lower the price. Michael answered our call within 2 hours just as promised and in two short hours springs and a bracket were replaced then we were using the garage door again.

I chose Precision because of the same day appointment called at 8 45 and the service tech was there at 12 pm. Was highly professional explained my options I was 100 percent please with him then job. Austin was a pleasure to work with--polite, timely, patiently and thoroughly explained options and performed what I chose neatly and professionally. My 18 year old home with original opener needed new opener, cables, springs, rollers etc. It now sounds great and operates with ease.

I received excellent service from your company. I recommend that you contact our HOA Property Management Company, Sovereign & Jacobs, Penny Chamberlain (CASA BELLA property manager), 461 A1A Beach Blvd, St: Augustine, FL 32080, Tel 904 461-5556 to propose your services to the owners of the 56 units in Casa Bella, on Shores Blvd (= 56 garage doors!). Not all garage doors are up to par, for sure. Right now, all our Buildings are being repaired and repainted, and who knows, owners may also want to upgrade their garage doors? Many still have Noisy steel rollers. You can recommend, as example, our Precision garage door installation, at 631 Shores Blvd. If you were able to propose a good price/or discount for installations, maybe other owners will be interested?

Family members have used Precision, but I never had to...until Friday when our garage door decided to stay down. I called at 8:45 am, and a repair pro was at my door at 11:30 am. He confirmed my guess that my old, noisy opener was beyond repair, explained my options, and worked efficiently to make the replacement. He was a good conversationalist, and a good instructor. Excellent service and quick response. Needed a cable repair and ended up just replacing our 15+ year old unit. Forgot how quiet a garage door can actually be! Jeff was a true pro, offered excellent recommendations and never pressured any of the sale. They even went out fo their way to bring a motor unit out so the job could be done right the same day. You can read this as the customer was "up-sold" but it was the right service our house needed and it's how Precision Works. Highly encourage giving this company a call.
