My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. Could not open the door the next morning. Needed to get the cars out to go to work. Called Precision at 8 am. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.

He was skilled and capable in his work, and just as importantly he was friendly and personable. My son popped out to see and Brian took a moment to say hi and answer an 8 yr old's questions on how the door worked.
