Called pretty late in the day for an appointment. Thought it would be next day for service. But as they stated 2 hours timeline which was great. Riley called and asked if he could come earlier than my 4 to 6 window. He did, and was very professional and pleasant. Sorry it was so hot in there. He told me what I needed and got to it. Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.
