Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!

Hi! Shane repaired/replaced our broken garage door springs and bearings. He said he would only take about an hour and he was correct. He was friendly and professional. Tim Van Vuren did a great job fixing my Opener problems. He put a new receiver and new remotes and saved me a couple a hundred dollars. There's others things wrong with the door that I couldn't afford to fix at this minute, but when I do take care of those problems a will call Precision.

Mike Danforth did an exceptional job of replacing the hardware and motor for the garage door opener. He explained the problem with the old equipment very succinct and clear manner. He was able to answer all questions and provide visual details. He completed the job expertly. 5 Star rating.

I had requested an estimate to replace the weather stripping on my 20 year old garage door and opener. When Mike Danforth arrived, he said he would first inspect the door, opener, etc. then review the results. At first I thought he would tell me their were numerous problems and try to convince me these issues would need to be corrected. However, I very please when he said everything looked good except the chain needed to be tightened and the rollers needed to be replace - both of which I agreed with. When he was finished he went over everything he provided me with a checklist of what had been inspected and what was done. I was so impressed, I went ahead and renewed the service agreement. Mike was very professional, courteous and thorough and I recommend Precision to everyone.

Mike was on time and completed all the work (pretty extensive) in about 1.5 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, was professional and friendly. Called another company first who wouldn't be able to come until Monday (it was Friday). I then called Precision and they came within the hour. Lifetime warranty on all the parts is a big bonus also.

My OVERALL experience with Precision is a 5!!! They had a wonderful secretary who was professional and had answered all my questions in a friendly manner. The tech they sent out to my house was also professional and effiencently and took his time to show me before and after what he was going to do.
