Austin arrived early in the time window I was given. He explained to me that he would first do the 25 point safety check and then give me an estimate on the springs. He explained everything very well and went over the estimates in detail. I was then asked which spring I wanted to use for replacement. After settling that he went right to work. He showed me that the door was balanced. The entire job including payment was done in less than an hour. Very professional and efficient. Garage door works likeit's bran mew. Great job.

Rating is a 5 Tim explained clearly what he was doing and the cost involved. 2 Springs, Rollers, Bearing and End Plates were replaced. Door now is very quiet when in use!

Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!

Tim Van Vuren did a great job fixing my Opener problems. He put a new receiver and new remotes and saved me a couple a hundred dollars. There's others things wrong with the door that I couldn't afford to fix at this minute, but when I do take care of those problems a will call Precision.
