Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.

Within three days The crew of two hard-working installers led by Chance, were at my door ahead of time. They completed the project in 2.5 hours and cleaned up their work. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.
