Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. I'd recommend them for anyone with an issue with their garage door opener.

Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He went over what was needed, the very reasonable costs, and he was finished with the repair quickly. A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.

My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.

Spring broke on my garage door so I called Precision based on reviews. Only negative of the service was a 24 hour wait for service. Would be a problem for someone who is unable to lift their door manually. My garage door and all parts were 20 years old so I have been anticipating an issue for some time. Technician Mike Danforth arrived at the scheduled time and provided two quotes. One to repair the spring and another to replace all parts and motor. I opted for the full repair knowing that other 20 year old parts were on borrowed time. Mike finished the job in short order and all functions (much quieter) are working fine. If all Precision’s employees are as courteous, professional and efficient as Mike then I have no problem recommending them for your garage door needs.

Wes came out and diagnosed the issue I was having with my garage door and set to work immediately fixing it. He explained the problem and did maintenance on the door, educating me in the process. Wes also found a loose connection that was making the door rattle and fixed that. He was pleasant and efficient, and made the job look like fun.
