This was a follow up to my recent spring replacement. Put in a new opener and was having trouble, manufacture said Springs were too tight. Jason adjusted them and then helped me troubleshoot my problem. Turns out I had a bad opener and he recommended a different brand. Got the brand he recommended, installed it and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

My technician’s name was Wesley. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything about the repair needed and the charges and then asked if I had any questions.
