Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. They do come out quickly. However, I think $940 to replace the springs are over priced. Plus the technical tried to sale me a whole list of things. If it had not been an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else!

Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation.
