I called today to schedule an appointment. I was anticipating that it would take a few weeks to get an appointment for a nonemergency but the tech arrived within the hour. He was fantastic. He replaced two garage door openers for us and fixed a third that I completely screwed up. He was exceptional. I have a garage door contractor for as long as I live in Jacksonville! Thank you.

Spring broke on my garage door so I called Precision based on reviews. Only negative of the service was a 24 hour wait for service. Would be a problem for someone who is unable to lift their door manually. My garage door and all parts were 20 years old so I have been anticipating an issue for some time. Technician Mike Danforth arrived at the scheduled time and provided two quotes. One to repair the spring and another to replace all parts and motor. I opted for the full repair knowing that other 20 year old parts were on borrowed time. Mike finished the job in short order and all functions (much quieter) are working fine. If all Precision’s employees are as courteous, professional and efficient as Mike then I have no problem recommending them for your garage door needs.

Wes came out and diagnosed the issue I was having with my garage door and set to work immediately fixing it. He explained the problem and did maintenance on the door, educating me in the process. Wes also found a loose connection that was making the door rattle and fixed that. He was pleasant and efficient, and made the job look like fun.

We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed. I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.

I called at 1357 spoke to Tori she was so sweet asked all the questions and was able to set up an appointment for me the same day she told me my appointment was from 1600 to 1800. I received a call from my technician Reggie asking me if he could come earlier then the appointment time and he showed up at 1448. Was able to resolve my problem with my garage door within minutes! I was impressed! I will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.
