Our tech, Chad, arrived timely and was very professional and courteous. Even though it was meant to be a routine service, Chad was able to do a detailed exam of our 2 garage doors and components. He was able to identify issues that was not obvious but bound to cause problems if not corrected. He clearly explained to me all issues identified and how he had addressed them. I felt it was totally worthwhile to request a tune-up of both garage doors after they were initially installed by Precision a couple of years ago. Thanks Chad for making my day!

My garage door became non operable unexpectedly therefore, I decided to go online to seek out a repair company. After reading the reviews on Precision, I decided to contact them and was able to obtain a same day appointment. The technician (Connor)who came out was very customer service oriented, which is a A+ in my book, he was very knowledgeable and although I wasn't prepared for the news he gave me, the company was able to work with me to obtain my business. Work was performed in a timely manner and the warranty provided sealed the deal. If you are seeking a repair company for your garage door needs, please consider Precision Garage.

Nick did a great job explaining what caused the problem and went through all the options to available to fix the problem. He went through the parts list by importance and explained all our options to properly fix our issue. He did an outstanding install job for the springs and all related parts. He lubricated all parts and springs and went over a maintenance plan for care of the system going forward. Would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door system needs.

I had, had a problem with my garage door for a few months and thought it was simply the limit switches. Easy fix on my own. However when the problem persisted afterwards I figured better call the pros. After looking on my neighborhoods Facebook page for recommendations Precision was the name that kept coming up. I gave a call at about 1130 in the afternoon expecting to have to schedule something out a week or so, and was amazed when the person on the phone told me they could be there same day between noon and 4. My technician Lavoris, was awesome. Called me about 20 minutes before arrival, and when he got here, he did an evaluation and told me what had to be done. He was at my house about 1230, and done by probably 2ish. Would highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Cameron did a great job presenting the options available to replace my broken garage door opener and his observations on the rest of the garage door system to ensure I was aware of any other areas that may be needing attention at some point in the future. He was courteous and professional throughout our conversations and in our decision process to proceed with a new door opener. Work was professional and done in a very timely manner, which I do sincerely appreciate. Andrew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my garage door spring when it broke yesterday. He was courteous and professional and went the extra mile getting a new spring system installed in spite of the shelving I have right above the garage door. Most technicians would have told me to remove the shelving and walked away. But he demonstrated a talent and ingenuity to get the job done that I rarely see in service techs nowadays. Thanks again bud!
