I liked the same day service that you had on your ads. I needed to get a new motor for my door and I wanted a key pad. Jason was polite and explained everything very well. He arrived early for the appointment and was done in a reasonable period of time. He was very good about answering my questions and I am very happy with my new quiet door.

Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. I'd recommend them for anyone with an issue with their garage door opener.

Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.
