Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!

We had a new spring installed on our existing garage door. The technician was thorough and efficient! We called for the repair and the technician came out the next day. We were very pleased with the quickness and performance! And we're also pleased with the operator when we called for the service.

Jason, Last evening,12/29, our garage door failed to operate, I called your Jax office this morning at 9:00 AM to request service. We had a wonderful experience with Precision. We are relatively new home owners and used the sticker on the motor when a cable broke and could not close door. From the phone call with the scheduler to the technician and repair, we couldn’t be happier. They were both very pleasant and professional and arrived same day and 30 minutes prior to original time.
