Tim from Precision Garage Service was incredible today. Saved me! My spring broke and unbeknown too me it was only a matter of time before I had even more problems. Showed up 20 minutes early, very polite and courteous the entire time. Explained everything in great detail and gave me options with different costs. A couple hours later, everything was fully finished exactly as he quoted and said it would be. I highly recommend Precision Garage Service! From calling the office to finishing the job, I was very satisfied.

After my garage door springs were installed, Cameron adjusted my door limiters, adjusted my chain that was riding a little low and lubed up joints. Great work and very personable.

Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. He gave me a couple of options for the amount of work and the costs. My garage door looks new and acts like it’s new! It’s not making any noise and its moves are so smooooth!

Received a courteous response from Ms Latoya when I called with the problem of my garage door. Received a prompt call from the technician ( Michael G.) of his approximate arrival time and what would happen upon arrival. Michael’s knowledgeable expertise and professionalism during fixing of my garage door provided a comforting feeling my garage door would be fixed. I was having an issue with my garage door making a very loud popping noise after opening or closing intermittently, Chad came and looked the door and watched the video I had of it popping. He was very professional in his communication and was able to relay his technical knowledge effectively. Since he was here the door would not replicate the issue for him to see it first hand, as you would expect because that’s how life goes. After discussing the operation of the door and what could cause it he gave me options on a way forward and more knowledge of what he was eliminating as an issue and why. I called for a service appointment, expecting it to be after the holiday and there was availability the same day I called. Noah was my service person. I explained what I thought was the issue and he did routine maintenance on the door as well as showed me how to make it a manual working door. I also explained that I was having an issue with the opener and it was replaced.

The gentleman that came out to assist us with fixing/replacing garage door was very friendly and helpful. Even thorough it was a nasty weather day he never seemed upset to be here. He gave us not only advise on what all was needed, but type of door needed. The price was quite a bit lower than I expected (nice surprise), and said it wouldn't take long to install, can't wait for him to get it in.

Garage Door Chain broke down and door would not function. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone here in a couple of hours. The technician diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to repair the door. He had it working in under 40 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and wanted to resolve the issue.
