My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Dalton obviously knows his business, was professional, respectful, and friendly. This was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and Dalton. I will use this company for any future door repairs or replacements.

My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

I recently contacted Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville to address an issue with my garage door. The whole process, from my initial phone call through resolution, was outstanding! The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs.
